Had a great experience at Dynamo last week while shopping for a Tesla. Me and my wife came in and Angelo greeted us; super knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk to. He helped me find a great deal and answered all my questions. Although I ultimately decided to hold off on purchasing for now due to timing, I wouldn’t hesitate to return when I'm ready and will contact him. Highly recommend Angelo and the great selection of cars.

Is this truly a good dealership? I'm not liking the responses to the one star reviews. Someone has to repeatedly come in for a car that was supposed to be in good condition, but being told by the dealership "I'm happy you purchased the extended warranty" is crazy work. How about fix the car because you sold them a possible lemon. I was considering a car here and while you have many 5 stars, I'm glad I seen you don't take ownership and actually fix the vehicles you sold people that weren't in fact in a condition to be sold. Good customer service is making good with a good deal gone bad. No one should be back in weeks after a purchase because the car has issues. Quite disappointing as someone who was considering purchasing here.

I purchased a 2020 sonic back in February of this year. Car was sold to me with no apparent issues everything seemed fine. Not even two weeks after taking it home the check engine light turned on.
Turns out I needed the turbo replaced which THANK GOD I got the extended warranty or I would ve been screwed. It took a month for the dealership to finally receive the part so it sat there in the shop for 3 weeks.
Then a few months later..... what do you know the thermostat needs to also be replaced. Haven't even had this car for an entire year and I'm a regular at the Chevy dealership now. Nothing but issues. I trusted them because of all the 5 star reviews. Beware when purchasing from this lot. Get the extended warranty.

I negotiated a price over the phone (I live 70 miles away) for a Tesla Model 3 that I was happy with. The sales rep said that there were a few scratches but when I saw the vehicle it had a dent. I thought I could live with with the dent since it’s so hard to keep a car body pristine anyway, but there was metal showing so when I returned home I thought I should get it repaired. I forgot how expensive body work is! It’s my own fault for not pushing back. Otherwise they were easy to work with, just beware of understated damage if you’re negotiating for a car in advance over the phone.

I bought my vehicle in November of 2024, I can say my overall experience in terms of the negotiating and buying the vehicle was good. It was Nothing different than the games dealerships like to play. The reason for the two stars is because of my experience afterwards. After driving the vehicle home from Richmond which was two hours away, the vehicle display prompted that it had no/low oil. On November 11th I called Toan the sales person did apologize and said he will compensate me for the engine oil I had to purchase. At first I felt assured that I would be compensated as he told me how long it would take to do so. It was December by the time I called again regarding my check. At the time they told me the manager would not be around until after the holidays, so I was instructed to call again after them. I talked to toan again on the 7th of January again regarding my check. Once again told me that his manager would send out a check or pay me by Zelle. It is now 31st January, I still have yet to receive a check and not once have been contacted on it ever being sent. I did not think it could have been this hard to receive a check. At this point I rather write a review than keep having to keep chasing compensation.

If you have a chance to work with Toan (pronounced "twan") at Dynamo Cars, I'm confident you will have an excellent experience. I found him to be responsive, thoughtful, forthright, informative and patient. He listens without interrupting and does his best to provide clear and accurate information. I highly recommend him.

Everything was going well. Went to the bank, came back with a cashier's check and found out the car had to be smogged. Had to wait for over an hour. Shouldn't this have been done before? Papers signed, about to leave and then disclosed there's only one key fob...not two. They weren't willing to make that right. Makes me wonder what else wasn't disclosed. $450 for a new fob btw.

I've had some bad experiences with used car dealers in the past, but this was not one of them. Carlos and Raffy were very friendly, transparent and responsive during the entire car purchase process and there was no high pressure sales pitch. Also, the pricing of the cars was very fair in my opinion. If any friends or family were looking for a used car, I'd definitely recommend dealing with Dynamo Cars. Thank you guys for making this experience such a smooth one.
