We are honestly speechless with the service we received. Not in a good way... We wanted to check out an Acura ILX and a Camry in stock at Hanlees Hilltop Toyota. Herman our salesman was very kind to show us both cars, however he's pretty new so when it came to talking numbers he asked his Sales Manager to step in. This is where everything went downhill. The Sales Manager kept insisting on running our credit prior to getting an out the door price or get a value of our trade in. This isn't our first time buying a car so we did not fall under pressure, thus the Sales Manager started flaming us with a bunch of unnecessary personal questions. It all honestly felt like an interragation rather than a negotiation because we couldn't eve get an offer for our trade in without running our credit first. We understand we are young but everyone deserves VIP treatment when buying a car. The best experience from our visit at Hanlees Hilltop Toyota was leaving and going to Victory Honda of San Bruno instead, where they didn't judge by our age or credit, and gave us a great deal to take home our brand new Acura ILX!!! Booking appointment online was easy and made it very easy when bringing the vehicle in for service. It is user friendly and easy to navigate. Exceptional customer service and many many thanks to Ms. Marinca. Her guidance, knowledge, friendly and approachable nature made it so easy for us to decide on what kind of service we needed to do. The report received and recommendation after service was clear and easy to understand. Finally it took 2 hours to get everything done. I recommend Hanlees Toyota. I had to take my car in for a recall fix. It was such an easy process! I brought the car in and got shuttled home and a few late hours later my car was ready so the shuttle came and picked me up and brought me back to the dealership. The car that needed a recall is a Toyota Corolla that I bought from this dealership in 2013 and I love it! It’s definitely a great car and I’m definitely happy with the work that was done to help keep the car safe and fix the recall that went out on it about the airbags. Thank you Hilltop Toyota!

I brought my daughter's 2022 Prius to be serviced and the rep. and told me that I needed over $2,000 worth of maintenance! I also got a call that my car was ready and he said the mechanic recommend this and that. The car is practically brand new! The rep was friendly but I feel like he tried to take advantage of me because I'm a woman. I usually go to the Concord location and they are the best overall! I will never go back to Hilltop again.

I took my car in for a maintenance oil change. Drop off experience was wonderful and so was the shuttle service. But there was no communication after that, until I called. Then I was informed of a tire issue and they were waiting on a special order tire. When I picked up my vehicle, I noticed the tire was different than the other tires. I was disappointed with the lack of communication after my initial drop off experience being a good experience.

It was quick only took 45 minutes from drop to sign off job that was less the half time I did for same work at same dealer. I wonder did Imy car get all need? On paper was but who knows?
