The Boutique Beach resort is a hidden treasure! From the moment we open the door to room number 11, we fell in love with the place! It was absolutely stunning. Our room had everything you could ever want. It was sparkling, clean, and had beautiful decor. The staff was great and readily available. They made checking in and checking out a breeze. Our last words to the owner, “was we will definitely be back”!

Our stay at Boutique Beach Retreat was exactly what was needed. The space is clean, updated, and comfortable while maintaining it's vintage charm.

The pool is heated, private, and relaxing. There is a grill and beach supplies for guests. The beach is right across the street too.

The icing on the cake was the friendly and accommodating staff and host. They even helped with an Amazon delivery, right to my unit.

We plan on returning later this year.

I highly recommend a stay here and avoid the expensive, busy, and touristy resorts.

We loved our stay here. The price, location, and room were amazing. Only thing the room didn’t have that I wished it did was curtains to block more sun in the morning, but really that’s just personal preference so not really a knock on the hotel. 10/10 We will definitely be staying here again if we return to the area.

As locals we chose this place for a date night stay and we were not disappointed. Super clean room, with all necessities available, perfect bathroom with, what I love, BAR DOORS.
I was really a retreat from our busy lifestyle.

This is the perfect place for a group gathering. Excellent location for walking to the beach and a quick walk to John's pass shopping dining area. The staff is friendly and super helpful. Rooms are so cute, clean and accommodating for our large group. We will definitely be back next year!

We had the BEST time here!! The accommodations were comfy, elegant, and super clean. Everything we needed was within walking distance, and the pool was a great extra feature. We will definitely book here again!

First time in the Tampa area, for a girl's weekend. We chose this hotel due to proximity to the beach (right across the street!) The room was adorable, the pool was wonderful. The staff that we encountered were so professional and welcoming.... If we come back to the area we will definitely stay here again!

LOUD, UNACCOMADATING, NOT WORTH THE $$$.

Disliked · So much noise that was not disclosed ahead of time. And if that weren't enough they made us feel obligated to let them perform maintenance during our stay in spite of freezing temperatures and kept our door open for at LEAST 30 minutes while drilling on our door. SO LOUD! They could definitely have taken care of that when this space was unoccupied. They continue to do that to all the spaces around us which further inconvenienced us. Then would not accommodate a ONE HOUR late check out the next day which honestly was the very least they could do. I initially attempted to cancel due to REALLY bad weather (freezing/raining) to which they refused even after I explained that my dad has stage 4 terminal cancer and we were just trying to help him enjoy his last days. I understand that's not their problem, but a little compassion goes a long way, and at the very least, don't make our stay even worse.. Edit: i did not check in early. The maintenance that was done to my room had nothing to do with a hurricane. Irregardless, that type of thing should be done when the room is unoccupied.
