So much higher than 5☆'s! What a big, beautiful Hallmark shop. I have shopped Hallmark stores my entire adult life & have seen some pretty terrific marketing & inventory. Amy's in Citrus Park Mall is my new favorite. The Manager was assisting & chatting with every customer; the huge inventory was EASY TO SHOP because of the layout of the merchandise.
"Something for Everyone" is the most appropriate statement. From our Superbowl Champion Bucs to baby, wedding, trademarked, you name it, Amy's Hallmark had it, with OPTIONS, not just, "here it is, take it or leave it!"
Great customer service, impressive selection, spotless, ROOMY shopping areas... Definitely a one stop shop for ALL special, unique gifts, cards, gift wrap, accessories and so much more!
I most highly recommend this as a delightful experience. And the shop SMELLS GREAT, too!

I never realized how many different things this store has other than cards! Especially for Christmas/Hannukah ornaments. They have beautiful classic ornaments and pop-culture ornaments too (and not low quality ones, either). The store is warm and laid out well despite not having the biggest floorplan in the mall. Not too badly priced for them either! 👍👍

Yall have ONE job. Please explain to me how you fail to stock xmas cards in spanish? You have plenty of cards in English, French, Greek, even cards in bloody Ukrainian. The short stocky older lady seemed bothered by the fact I'd be so bold as to ask for spanish cards. Seriously HALLMARK? That's like hooters telling me they don't have wings. Way to drop the drop the ball on Christmas. The fact you're located in a predominantly SPANISH area is the funniest part. Do better.

I'm so happy they still have a Hallmark store with the mall. Always always great stuff there for any occasion. Christmas ornaments all year round, jewelry, ceramics, religious stuff, clothing items, fun and curious kitchen items, plush toys and lots of gifts ideal for babies and anyone truly. To walk around this store is to be surprised and say "awwwww" with every little thing you see. The lady at the register was very sweet and yeah of course next time I have to gift to a special someone, guess where I'll go first!?🥰🥰

It was easy to pick up an online purchase. The only negative was that when we came in one cashier was doing paper work and the other was on the phone. No one greeted us, and we felt like we were intruding. We did arrive 30min. before close. We wanted to purchase some Christmas cards, but it was clear they wanted to leave. Again, it was very easy to pick up an online order!
