I just want to point out that I'm just an instacart shopper and Publix workers down at me when I ask a question. I was truly pleased and satisified that when I asked a question the worker dropped everything that they were doing just to help me find items I had passed by like 3 times. I quickly stopped the manager and thanked him. This place and THE HOT FOOD BAR WAS AMAZING!! BEST BRAVO IN TAMPA!!

Apparently, wearing a backpack means you're a thief.
I came here to shop as I had many times before, made it about ten feet, and was immediately asked by security to remove my bag. I asked who would be watching my bag to ensure it wouldn't be stolen, the response I received was "No one." It is obvious to me I was targeted due to being a different race, as I saw many other customers wearing purses and a handful wearing backpacks, which is insulting. Furthermore, if you require certain customers to leave their personal property in an unsecured location wherein anyone can take it as they please, you should have a means of securing it. Otherwise, do not ask certain customers to remove their bags. Unless Bravo is willing to compensate customers for any theft or losses of their personal items, as requiring removal implies Bravo taking responsibility for the items and their monetary value?

Either way, being discriminated against is grounds enough for never shopping here again, a store that notably charges 12 dollars for a single papaya. I will be informing corporate of this experience.

Great selection, good prices, friendly and helpful staff. A lot of authentic hispanic products. Great meat selection also. The food in the cafe looked great and fresh. I got empanadas and pork crackling with meat which were at a good price and tasted great.

After months of going to this location at 7733 W. Hillsborough T F 33615 for hot food, my family and I were totally disgusted to find the food to be horrible. The rice was salty, the stewed meats were overspiced with hot sauce, and the spaghetti with meat sauce was not fresh. Putting too much salt, or too much hot sauce on foods is not healthy. My question to the owner is did you hire a new cook to mess up the food, or what the heck happenned? We will not be returning to your location to buy hot food ANYMORE!!!!!!

A great supermarket. The recent renovation has completely transformed the store and it’s now modern, full-service, and very complete. Great produce, huge hot food selection, and so much nicer all around than it used to be.

All fresh, all well organize. More clean and organize than ever before. An amaizing variety of caribbean types of foods. A whole and more funtional cashier area. Please do something to help the food from the fresh food not to be/ look so dry. Big and accsecible parking lot, with disability areas too.

This is a great place for Latin foods that are hard to find. There's also a cafeteria in the front where you can get some good food that's very inexpensive.
