Very cool store. They have a lot of unique things. Very clean store. Very pretty statues of Disney princesses and Disney Villains etc. Gorgeous statues ! Lots of stuffed toys. A lot of collectables etc. The atmosphere is very nice. Very bright and colorful store! A good variety of all things Pop Culture here.

Love this store chain as a whole due to having a lot of cool stuff in the store at times. The bad part is everything is at least 10 to 30 percent mark up on price. You can definitely get items here cheaper online than the store sells them for. Kinda defeats the purpose of having this store in a mall except for nostalgia. Worst part is the weapons shelf. Don't work at a store that sells presentation quality weapons if your not ready to show every customer at least 3 of them without you rolling your eyes at me and coping a attitude. If you can read you would see the signs saying weapons may be sharp handle with care I don't need the child behind the counter reminding me.

Looking for an affordable mud sized cat, for a very unhappy friend in an ALF. The kind gentleman working was both patient and kind. He also NEVER tried to upsell me. That's honorable in my book. Thanks for your guidance and patience. It was a lovely deal, definitely would shop here again! 💚😸💚

If I could give cero stars I would. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER!!! Employee was extremely rude. We definitely were not welcome I could notice in his face. My children we're so excited with the merchandise since they're really into Pokemon and plushies and we were trying to see them and prices and he said: "Argghh is $70 and it's a onesie" and his face wow I asked him if he was mad he said it was bc the air conditioner but that's not our problem we were just customers who tried to have an experience and actually buy!! But I'll never give this store my money & WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!!!!!! btw prices are hella HIGH you could find those on amazon at better prices and you can save the BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Employees are great and the selection is not bad. However, this company is a huge ripoff. Their return policy sucks. They will only give you store credit/exchanges so don't buy unless you did your research on the item. Super disappointed and wasted $125 used when I could have bought the same thing for $89 brand new.
