I took my daughter to Esmeralda’s Boutique, and we had a great experience. The staff was very nice, accommodating, and helpful throughout the visit. They have a beautiful selection of quinceañera dresses, and the overall atmosphere was wonderful.

My only suggestion would be for them to carry a wider range of sample sizes, including options for plus-size girls. My daughter is 5’9” and 230 lbs, and trying on dresses that were a few sizes too small was a bit discouraging for her. I understand that dresses can be ordered in the right size, but having more inclusive sample sizes would make the experience even better for all girls.

That being said, the boutique is amazing, and the staff truly goes above and beyond to help. I would definitely recommend it!

While a little pricey, the dresses here are beautiful and there are so many to choose from. The staff is super nice and helpful and did a great job in assisting us with finding a prom dress for my daughter. Definitely recommend!

From the warm greeting when we first arrived, to the very end of our appointment, we found Esmeralda’s to be top notch. Our stylist/consultant was helpful and attentive. She allowed our daughter to try every style and take her time making her decision. We were never rushed, and felt like the selection was very large. We found the perfect homecoming dress and the salon can be guaranteed we will be coming back for many years to come.

I scheduled an appointment to look for dresses here, and when I got there they told me they had no open dressing rooms and asked me if I wanted to go in an “emergency dressing room” (it was a closet/ storage room) I asked to switch rooms and they wouldn’t let me. (Even though I had an appointment and the other people in the nice dressing rooms were walk ins ) They were also really quick with me as if they just wanted me to hurry up and get a dress. When I came back to Esmeralda’s to alter my dress I was put in the same storage room. I had no room to change or move. I was then put in the same room for a 3rd time when I came back to pick my dress up. I unfortunately cannot recommend this store in good conscience. Please go somewhere else if you want to unsure a smooth and nice dress shopping. I don’t recommend at all.

Teagan was absolutely wonderful at helping my daughter choose her prom dress. She gently offered suggestions about different styles and colors. I never felt any pressure to purchase; we did buy one of my daughter’s top 3. It isn’t often that you find a boutique with exceptional customer care and a great inventory.
