Today I had the pleasure to talk with India Rosario. I’m so thank full for everything she did for me.. I was looking for a bumper bed and they did not have it in her store, she call around different store to find it for me send I needed it for this weekend. I’ve been a long time customer for many years.
I Rented a washer and dryer that I was completely happy with and just as my last month before I completely owned it ,some parts needed to be replaced and washer and dryer didn’t work . I was going to just pay it off and figure it out myself But I truly have to say that the Store Manager Jimmy B. Truly went out of his way to make sure before I made my last payment to help me and my family get the parts we needed to get it back running and had his AMAzing Service Repair Gentleman come out of his way to help us . It was frustrating but the end results Jimmy showed that not only is he running a Business but made sure that we was happy and taken care of ! That’s what you call great Customer Service and Being a Caring Manager ! Rent king made the best choice when they made Jimmy B the STORE MANAGER !
