I don't recommended to buy a house from this builder. Take a walk in the community at Reserve at Twin Lakes and knock some doors.
People will be happy to let you know about the warranty. You have to beg for something to be repaired. One of my complaints was the tiles on the dining and living room was uneven since the first walkthrough of the house. They did 4 times a repair before they finally fixed the whole area after the year. The employees damaged my pavers in the driveway and the back area where they putted the Apliances also the front door wasn't installed properly. Now they don't want to replaced them. Very upset with Jones
Homes they promised to fix any damage after repairs and didn't fixed them.

Twin Lakes is a beautiful 55+ Comminity. The amenities include State of the Art Fitness Center (Under construction), two Community lap pools (One of them is under construction), a lake with non motorized boats and kayaks free of charge, a community garden, and a Club House just to sit around, chat and have fun. It is only at 15 min drive to Lake Nona, 25 min Dr to Orlando Airport. The maintenance includes Outside Paint, Window Caulking, landscaping, pest control, and roof insurance (This might be subject to change). The HOA and CDD fees are considerably low, with all that is included. I am a Realtor from the area, and I can tell you this community is Luxury at its best! ~Camille Quidgley, RE/MAX Vantage

55 and older community that look like a resort. A lot of amenities for the home owners and their families. Beautiful houses and top maintenance. Lots of retirees from all over the nation. Truly nice neighbors enjoying their retirement and almost retirement too. They keep expanding and new houses are getting build. The place to be and enjoy the life of the rich and famous!

after living here over a yr&1/2 and reading ALL of the reviews I figure it’s time to write my review of JONES HOMES &TWIN LAKES HOA instead of going through all of the good and BAD!! I will just say to ANYONE That is thinking of resigning here do surprise visits as they are building the homes on the weekdays /weekends. Also take a walk around the club houses especially on the weekends and you will see.that this is a 55 and older only on Paper in closeing GOOD LUCK 🤦🙏

Streets are tore up on yellow brick rd with a poor patch job sewers stick up like 4 inches out of the street homes if in need of service takes forever for them to fix anything such as hot water heaters sprinkler heads that leak etc etc. Would expect better service call backs letting us know when and who is coming out in a more timely manner. The community is nice and peaceful and full of very nice neighbors the amenities such as the club house and pools and tennis courts and basketball courts are well kept and maintained. I'd recommend anybody who is 55 and older a to reserve a spot to buy as this is a beautiful area but homes and duplexes are selling fast.

Beautiful place to live, but HOA’s are ridiculous and no one keeps to the rules. And not really a 55 plus community, it’s only a small percentage of 55 and the rest have teenagers, college students and the pools are like public pools on the weekends and summer, we will eventually move.

My parents were so excited to move to Florida and start their new lives in a 55 and older community of Twin Lakes in Saint Cloud. This community is built by Jones Homes USA. The community is beautiful with plenty of amenities and lots of activities. However not many good things can be said about the builder and their process.
Beware of Jones Homes USA if you are looking for quality of workmanship. It is sadly missing from their building process entirely.
From the moment the contract to purchase and build was signed, all communication ended. Not one person ever called to update my parents on the process of their home. The contract is one sided, only protecting the interest of the builder. We stopped by during the building process a few times and each time, the house was absolutely disgusting, they care very little for your items! The tile work was done in the dark and it showed throughout the house. The bathtub was filthy with stains that they had to buff out later with not much improvement.
They force you to go through your first walk through when the house is NOT move-in ready, “promising” that they will complete for the second walk. NOT SO!!! The paint job was poorly done inside and out with no one accountable. You close the door and the whole wall shakes. The garage door is so loud, and we are told it is normal. We have owned multiple homes and none have ever sounded this loud. Material used inside the home is cheap, however prices that they charge to build the home plus upgrades were not! Pavers were all done uneven and had to be redone multiple times.
Our building managers were completely useless and unresponsive, telling us he called when he did not. Making promises that he never kept. One even had the audacity to say that the home was 95% done at the 3rd “final walkthrough“ and we should be happy with that. Notice how I said 3rd walkthrough. There are supposed to be only 2 and it should be 100% completed. People above them were all corporate who only made a bunch of promises in order to close on their timeline. But guess what?! They never came through the way they should. PLEASE, beware about listening to their lies and buying from them. If we could not give them any stars at all we would!
