The first two times I came were great. However the 3rd time a different lady did my nails. She ripped my ingrown out without my permission. I made it clear I was in pain and asked what she was doing. She didn’t answer and just proceeded to rip the toenail out. My toe was BRIGHT red for days and it hurt to walk the next few days. One of my acrylics also broke in half only 5 days after having them done. I didn’t do anything aggressive with them it just literally broke off. The same thing also happened to my friend when she went to the same lady and this never happened to either of us until we went to her. Also since going to this place she has developed a fungus under her nail that you can see through the acrylic. The last time I went to a different person, my nails looked cute however I had a little bubble on the side of my acrylic after I left. When I squished it, nail polish started oozing out of the acrylic. My nails have always looked great here, the quality and time they take just isn’t always the best. For the cost, the quality is terribly inconsistent.

I showed my mom this salon since he was not happy where she was going. We stopped by on the way to lunch and they said come back in an hour so we did so and she went in and got a pedicure and manicure. I think she was happy but it's hard to tell anymore she's 89 years old and not remembering things very well right now.

My daughter and I have been going here for years. They are absolutely best in class. Susan and Vivian are amazing at designs and can replicate anything. Kim’s nails are wonderful as well. I would recommend this place to anyone. If you need to make an appointment the customer service by Alex is wonderful.

I’ve been going here many years! Always happy good service. Flexible for walk ins or appointments. They’re all great but if you find a favorite, mines Tammy lol, appointments are easy to make, even same day short notice is possible. Highly recommend!

I went in Monday for a gel manicure on my natural nails. When applying the top coat the nail tech missed a spot, I asked her to go over it and she did. Then while I was waiting for my sister to have her nails complete, I was looking at my nails and realized that there was polish in multiple places around my nails. The nail tech that did my sister's nails cleaned mine up and I thought okay al least I caught it before I left. When we got to the car I was so disappointed because there were bubbles/missed spots. I didn't even want to go back in because I was to uncomfortable to say I was upset. Shame on me. Less than 24 hours later I had a chip. I called and made an appointment to get it corrected, but I can not make it due to having to work and am leaving for vacation afterwards. For $46 and 20 minutes of their time I expected more. I will not return and do not recommend this shop.

I have been going to Boutique Nails for over 6 years they are the best nail place that I have been to in FL and believe me I've been to many! Their products are amazing, they do the best nail art, I never have to wait for my appt

I absolutely love this nail salon! Kim is an angel and the staff is so professional! These are my natural nails and the do not chip or lift for up to 4 weeks. 5/5 highly recommend!
