Uhaul had us set to drop off at this location. Absolutely Uhaul should cancel using this business.

Back the trailer in, the owner or who ever it was didn't like where it was. Moved it where he asked as a courtesy. Very rude and arrogant the entire time. Still wrong, wanted the trailer moved another 6 inches over. Moved the trailer a third time where he asked, he is more arrogant and aggressive towards us. Go to get out of the vehicle there is a pot hole, twisted and fell because of the pot hole and possibly broke or tore something in ankle. The owner states just leave it and I will charge you and extra fee because I can with us not putting it in the exact to the inch spot. I'm sure this isn't the first time this business has done this.

In closing
1. Uhaul was contacted and a complaint was file against this business.
2. Took the trailer to another location that Uhaul provided.
3. Currently at the E.R getting an xray of ankle.
4. Will be following up with a written formal complaint with Uhaul and B.B.B.
5. You will here from me again, promise that.
