I chose Kelly's Kreations to be the florist for my wedding. I had never heard of her store before, it was kind of a shot in the dark situation, and I am so glad I took that chance. I haven't had a better customer service experience in forever. Kelly answers the phone, is friendly, and takes the time to work with you to find just the gift you need for the person you are sending it to. On Valentine's day I was in a bind due to ordering something for my husband from Pro Flowers, obviously guys don't want flowers but I wanted delivered to his work so that way he can feel special.
With that being said, after ordering Pro Flowers DAYYSSS before Valentines Day, the day of delivery said it WASN'T going to be delivered! I was so stressed out!!

I called Kelly's Kreations to see if she would be able to whip up something for my husband last minute and can be delivered to his work within a couple of hours.

She was so wonderful with her candy bouquet and got it delivered in 30 minutes! She saved me that day!

I highly recommend this small town business! Professional, great product, and goes above and beyond for their customers!

Kathy is an absolute gift to Alachua. What a wonderful experience. Kathy took time to find out what my wife's favorite sweets were and made sure to go out of her way to include them, also suggested other options which made this a perfect fit for my wife. She also personally drove them to my house and delivered them to my wife and made the delivery an unbelievably pleasant experience for her. You can go anywhere and get a nice flower basket, but Kathy is the only place who has ever custom tailored the basket to my wife's exact likings. Thank you, and I will always use you in the future.
