Not sure if I caught the owner at a bad time but she was unwelcoming and I felt like I was bothering her when inquiring about a dress size/price. The boutique looks clean and up to date with fashion trends but I would not return due to the poor customer experience I experienced.

I literally get most of my clothes from here. Cori the owner is super friendly and has you looking amazing. This boutique has very unique and nice pieces. I hardly ever go to the mall to shop. I have been shopping here for years! Cori is so warm and welcoming

Every friend, family member and or referral I have ever sent to Downtown Divas has walked away loving the store and Cori. The attention to detail she gives all her customers truly make the shopping experience, just that, a wonderful experience. Not many stores in Orlando have been open for as long as Downtown Divas has been. That alone is a testament to the customer service and care offered not only from Cori, but her employees as well.

They have the cutest stuff for all occasions and not only is the owner the most helpful so are her employees, they are super helpful and always willing to help me find the perfect outfit.
