My staff went to the exam on September 28th and as of today, October, they still haven't been able to post the exams, while in other counties the information is already in the system the first two days. The treatment via phone call was quite rude and with attitude for asking if I passed or not, on the day of the exam they had poor organization and they didn't start on time.

Open the online application when you say you’re going to open it instead of making people wait past the date you say it’s going to be open. This is extremely aggravating

The staff here has always been amazing. I am a single mom of 2. I got to school and work full time. Raising kids is hard - due to some not so fortunate circumstances I was given a referral for childcare. Everything changed for me when I had a safe place to take my kids so I could further my education and build a life for us. I am forever grateful for this program. Any time I have had issues reapplying or updating my information, I was able to talk to a kind human being who helped me through the process. Thanks so much for your hard work and dedication to families.

Buyer beware. I am a teacher and have required trainings to take and competency exams to meet state requirements. This is the only agency I can go through for exams. After booking 3 exams, I found out that I had already met the requirements to receive credit for those courses. I called Community Coordinated Care for Children to cancel and explained why. They told me they would give me a credit for the exams but when I tried to cash in the credit they said the credit could only be used towards the original exams. I guess when you have a monopoly on the exams you can do what you want and get away with it. Not much I can do if I want to stay in this profession in Florida...except write a useless review and hope others learn from my bad experience.

So I’ve been waiting 4 months to get my daughter into daycare for reapplying and they take forever..they keep asking the same thing over and over n over that is not professional, I hate it when people don’t take things to seriously when it involves children..it’s like they don’t want my kid to be in daycare but just staying at home …I’m still fighting with them this is unbelievable

4C staff has really helped me when I became legal guardian of my grand children - they have been there for any questions I may have. I thank you for your tremendous help. This service has helped us economically. Daycare is expensive and without this help I would have had to leave my job and stay home full time, which would be a financial hardship. Again thank you for your help
