Great shopping plaza with plenty of parking spots, many restaurants for customers with different types of budgets, dietary needs, and time available to dine due to having quick service and full service options. There are several department stores for different budgets too and even hotels.

Clean and safe. You can shop with your friends for Christmas and then go grab a bite to eat..
So many different stores one of the cheapest was five below. Great for shopping for kids for last minute things and nieces and nephews.

We got extremely lucky on parking. We found a spot right away.

Went to Trader Joe’s and bought heart-shaped raviolis for Valentine’s Day lol and I will say the parking here was so much easier than the Sarasota Trader Joe’s parking lot and that is why I never went there, but I will definitely go back here to the university spot!

This is a cute place to shop with TONS of places all up and down University Parkway near the i75 intersection all considered part of the UTC Shopping Districts. I highly recommend shopping here whether you live here, are visiting, or are just passing by!

So I thought this flag was cool. I took it at BJ’s wholesale. I have a membership there, as well as Sam’s and Costco. Of the three, it’s my least favorite, but I maintain it anyway. There’s a good selection of items at the store. I have their credit card and get to enjoy $.10 off every gallon of gas I purchase. They do have some options available to make purchases in the store and save it additional $.10 per gallon on gas.

Drove 50 miles to eat at valantinos restaurant. Got there only to find out it was closed. On a friggin Sunday.
Who the he'll closes on a Sunday. Never in my 63 years alive Have I heard of an Italian restaurant closed on a Sunday. Close on a Monday. Not Sunday if you need a day off. Ridiculous. Un professional.
The only thing can figure out is they have plenty of money. Or they just don't care. About there customers. ..o. Sunday
