Great store. Super source of quality Florida style clothing for women. Nice selection of tennis wear for the sports enthusiast. Located on the upper level of the mall at University Town Center on the North side. Friendly and knowledgeable associates. Clean store, a destination location.

What can I say for this store ……
Amazing staff, beautiful ladies that take care of you like themselves!
When I first started to frequent this store I was treated like a queen!
I don’t want to talk about Lilly Pulitzer clothes ( they are marvelous by the way, I’m in love) but I’m giving 5 star ( if i could do more I would go with infinity) for the amazing staff that takes care of us my lovelies!

I'm a frequent Lilly shopper. We just bought a home in Naples area. We decided to check out the shops in and around Sarasota recently.
We have been told it's beautiful there. This was my first time to University Mall. I will never give them the pleasure of my business again. This is by FAR the worst store I've ever been to.
I've gone through a lot medically in the last year. My hair is finally growing again, but coming in grey. Because of my treatment, I am not able to chemically treat my hair, I have bruises and scars all over myself and my skin isn't in the best shape.
My husband went golfing while I did some shopping. I guess I didn't look "rich" enough for this Lilly store. One of the employees was nice, but the older tall, thin blonde woman treated me, and kept looking me up and down like she was digusted I was in the store. She acted like I was going to shop lift or something. Honey, I hope you're reading this because let me remind you, that you work a measly retail job and I essentially pay your salary when I give Lilly my business. Have you watched pretty woman ? Stop judging others. How much do you make ? Enough said. Didn't go to college ?
There were many things that I wanted to purchase, but I left without as I didn't want to give her the time of day.
I went to Anna Maria Island and purchased all my new Lilly line at their store.
You missed out. This store needs a reality and attitude check.

I went into the store today on a Monday morning wasn’t crowded at all. I was in the store for 15 minutes and not one out of the three ladies that were working today greeted me nor asked if I needed any help. Completely unprofessional. When I shop I like good customer service and the experience. I placed a $900.00 order today online. The store had everything I wanted for my upcoming travel but wouldn’t let that store get any of the profit. Hire people that want to

The University Town Center ( Sarasota) staff are very professional. I can call them on the phone and ask them if they have a specific item in my size. They will put it aside and have it ready when I arrive to try it on. I had difficulty at a different lilly store where they rubbed my gift certificate card code with a knife and then I was unable to use it. They said they would call me back that day. They never did. But I called UTC lilly and those women got on the the phone and got my gift certificate working. Then they gave me a lilly cup . I am very happy with lilly products.

This was my first time visiting a Lilly Pulitzer store with my mom. The staff members were so courteous and helpful when my mom needed help to find what she was looking for. One of the girls with long dark hair, who mentioned that she had 3 girls of her own, helped us match outfits for my three nieces. It's so nice to be able to come into a store that is focused on the customer and not the money. After going into multiple stores in the mall that day, my mom was so ecstatic to be in store that offers amazing customer service and gives such a unique shopping experience.

I saw a final sale dress online that I wanted to order, but the reviews said to size up because it runs small. So I came into the store to see if they had it or something similar so I could see if I needed a different size before ordering something I couldn't return. I guess when I came into the store a few days after seeing the dress it was no longer available, because they couldn't find it online. Makes sense since it was a final sale item, so I was just too late. But they accused me of making up the dress and that it never existed, and that I shouldn't be ordering a final sale item anyway because better full priced items would come around. I was so baffled by their reaction. She literally said to me, "did you even look online and see it?" Of course I did, that was the reason why I came into the store. But apparently I'm a crazy person over a simple dress. I don't know, the whole experience was very bizarre. I didn't expect to be yelled at for simply wanting to try on a dress I saw online. I just left. I don't mean to complain, but this seriously was the weirdest shopping experience I've ever had.
