I made a car reservation 3 months before the pickup date for my upcoming graduation celebration. But more people joined and I ended up needing a bigger car with more seats, I called and they told me I have to cancel the existing reservation and charles me a $100 cancellation fee. Please don’t use this platform for your rental cars.

Update: the hotel manager is willing to accommodate me. However, I'm still facing issues from BENEPLACE!!!! They used Expedia to book but won't give me the itinerary number to handle things on my own.
I used beneplace for a hotel reservation. I called to modify the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances and was told that someone would get back with me within 72hrs. I asked the rep if my reservation would be cancelled or affected while i wait for a response and she said no. I received an email over night stating my cancellation couldn't be granted. I called this morning for clarification,only to be told that I lost my money and reservation due to being a no show. Unacceptable, I still need my hotel room. I've been on hold for 45 mins trying to contact a supervisor or higher up. I'm getting the run around.

I used Beneplace through my company to buy hockey tickets. The cost was about $10 less than Ticketmaster per ticket. Checkout was fast and easy. The hard part is you still have to wait for an email from a 3rd party ticket vendor (i.e.: Ticketmaster, etc), get instructions on how to get your tickets and in addition set up an account with Ticketmaster. For that, just buy from Ticketmaster directly.

Awful customer service and manager teams, we have spent 8 hours to deal with our ticket issues. They misled and tricked their customers with hidden information. I have made 8 phone calls with Beneplace and talked to 8 different people. every time you can receive new information and surprises. Our tickets included fee change and cancellation, but they tried to charge us 35 dollars for each passenger. Before we cancelled our ticket, there were no notices that we couldn’t use the credits for booking discount flights and booking lower-class flights. We have talked to 3 supervisors and a manager, and everyone is replying about paying the difference. They are not listening to the customer issue. My issue is not paying the difference. My issue is they are hidden information from clients and made us lose money. Every time I spent hours to pick a ticket and try to make a booking, the customer service told me way higher prices than I could see from the website. I least fly 15-20 times every year; this is the worst experience in my lift. It’s like a nightmare. Their team shows like they don't care.
