I took my 2024 Honda Odyssey in on Saturday morning for a FREE oil change tire rotation and multi point inspection it took only an hour. While traveling in Florida, the engine and other warning lights on our 2013 Honda Pilot were activated over the weekend. I scheduled an online appointment for Monday morning at Classic Honda in Orlando. I checked in with Josh, the Service Manager, who communicated what needed to be done for our car throughout the process. We brought our dog and were able to sit in the waiting room without any issues. During checkout, Josh clarified that once we returned to our home state, we should take our car to our local dealership for follow-up on other items that could wait. We are very satisfied with the service we received at Classic Honda and with Josh’s communication. We got home safely!

Best car buying process ever! Lucky to be matched up with Jessica when I inquired and it was a seamless and quick process. He was nice about answering my questions about my car, car plan, and service to be done on my car!
