Only one elevator works which can slow down getting to your room and the lobby.
The included breakfast was supposed to start at 6am. Staff was still coming in at 610am with lights in the restaurant area still out. It was obvious I was not going to get the free breakfast before I needed to get to the airport. The attendant at the front desk would not hand out breakfast vouchers until 6am because she said people take the vouchers and then leave. On my way out I gave her the voucher back and said I understand why people leave. The 6am breakfast doesn't start at 6am.

Suggested by the company I work for to use for booking deals … so I did. I found the site to be easy to navigate and user friendly. Found a great deal at location with 5 miles of my commute for the week. Downside … be sure before you commit !! The were no refunds on cancellations offered from any hotels that I searched.

Please be aware that this site, Tickets at Work, is stealing. I bought 3 tickets to see a concert in NYC for Christmas for my girls. They were beyond excited to see Megan Moroney at Radio City Hall. The day of the concert I logged into Ticket Master to get my tickets and I only see one ticket. I purchased 3. I was frantically calling Tickets at Work and each customer service representative kept telling me the other 2 tickets would get emailed. After waiting and calling and 2 hours into the show I finally said I can’t wait anymore. The night was ruined and show was almost over. The last customer service person said a refund would be issued. Tickets at Work emailed me stating the tickets were nonrefundable, were final sale & a link was sent. The link never worked to retrieve the missing tickets. I sent multiple screenshots of the link saying, “something went wrong,” from Ticket Master. I NEVER received the tickets. I paid over $1,000 for tickets I never received. Our night was ruined, my girls were absolutely devastated and crying for being at the venue and not being able to go in to see the concert. I bought tickets and never received them. I now have spent more time calling to get a refund. This situation has been so unfair and stressful. This is so wrong of any company to take someone’s hard earned money and NOT provide the items and then on top of that have the customer once again go through aggravation & more stress to get a refund. I’ve spent 2 weeks & countless hours on the phone trying to get a refund. This is stealing and a crime. Do not purchase anything from this site. They are morally & ethically wrong.

I recently used TicketsAtWork.com to book a hotel, and overall, it was a smooth experience with a few minor drawbacks.

Pros:

✅ The website is easy to navigate, and the booking process is straightforward.
✅ It offers great discounts on hotels, making it a good option for saving money.
✅ The initial price displayed includes taxes, which makes it easy to compare costs.

Cons:

❌ One issue I faced was that during the final payment step, an additional tax was added that wasn’t initially included in the displayed price. This was a bit misleading and slightly frustrating.

Final Verdict:

While the deals are great and the website is user-friendly, the unexpected tax addition at checkout slightly reduces the transparency of pricing. If they can fix this issue, it would be a 5-star experience. Still, I’d recommend it for anyone looking for hotel discounts!

The prices were great. We got great seats to the Beyonce concert! The site is easy to navigate, very clear on the process to purchase tickets, and verified me (I LOVE THIS! PLEASE VERIFY I AM THE PERSON MAKING THE PURCHASE!!!) and my purchase went through without a problem!

Let me be clear- For me 4 stars is really 5. To suggest that there could be absolutely nothing to improve would be a fantasy best left for other users to sell after you purchase discounted ketchup gloves.

I work for a company that listed this service as a benefit for using one of their online platforms through ADP. I had never heard of this service independently so several months ago I began browsing their prices and was pleased to discover that they seemed better than most. Fast forward a couple of months and I finally had the opportunity to book a stay through TicketsatWork. The booking went through with no issues, I was happy with the price and can say that I will be using this site again for my travel considerations. The site is not as flashy as some, there is no simulated animation to make you feel like its checking the cubical next door for their prices, the site is functional, seamless and it works. It just works. I appreciate that.

I used tickets at work to get a hotel reservation a month and a half in advance to my trip. Two days before my vehicle broke down. The hotel stated that we would have to take the issue up with tickets at work since I booked thru them. Tickets at work will not refund the hotel stay so I asked if we could simply move the stay to a later date. That way no one’s out anything. And they wouldn’t even do that for us.
I had a friend tell me how great tickets at work is that’s why I decided to use the site. I never will again. There was no sympathy for my situation whatsoever. It’s not worth saving a few bucks to get charged full price if life happens. Book directly with hotels over this site. Save the headache.

UPDATE: Tickets at work have issued a refund for my hotel.
