A large Goodwill with zero cell phone signal inside. The parking lot is tight. Prices are kinda all over the place. Tons of clothes and small selection of books. Stopped in a few times and it was never busy.

I went looking for one item, and I found more than what I was looking for. This place is like going a treasure hunt. You never know what you're going to find on a given day. Also, there are friendly and helpful staff to assist in your hunt.

The store is going under renovation right now. Three stars because although the staff was friendly, there was that lack of, only 2 people working and a long line for check out. Also the prices are very high compared to the Goodwill in Destin.

I dont believe free things should be as high as they price some stuff but staff is friendly and it's always nice and clean.

So, I hadn't visited the store in over a year and had no plans of doing so until, my mom called to tell me they had a very nice futon for my client. I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the store has been completely rearranged. They have it nicely spaced out with social distancing markings on the floor, ( they even have papertowels sitting outside the door for you to use to open the door😁). It is no longer junky and janky looking, making it easier to browse. I purchased the futon, which was nicely priced and in great condition..plus a few other things that I told myself I couldn't live without. I didn't see any familiar faces, but ALL the new ones I encountered were AMAZING! From Loren on the register, to sweet Lauren (and another super sweet woman whose name I did not catch) on the floor, all the way out the door to Amanda and Zach, the WONDERFUL duo that loaded the futon on the truck for me. I was so impressed. I had to know who was responsible for all these great changes and that is when I met Heather, the manager. She was just as DELIGHTFUL! I can now honestly say, if you are looking for gently used items that are fairly priced give our Goodwill a try! Kudos Y'ALL!😘 Keep up the good work!!

Please don’t shop or donate to this greedy store. Prices are absolutely disgusting. If I wanted to pay eBay prices, (sometimes priced higher than eBay) I’d buy it on eBay with a warranty and get it delivered to my door. Go down the road and donate to Angels Attic, an actual thrift store. The managers should be truly ashamed

i want to preface this by saying the staff is always so kind, i’ve never had a bad experience with a team member here.
i’ve been shopping here for close to a decade and it’s just sad to see how bad the price gauging has gotten the past couple of years. i used to never see a top marked higher than $15 but now, if it’s a “best brand” with the original tag attached it will cost upwards of $20-$30, or marked only a few dollars under the original price. i was shocked by some of the prices i saw on the floor today. i mean $50 for a free people dress? and the furniture is just astronomical…maybe at a curated consignment store but it gives me pause seeing prices like that at a store who built a brand on helping out their community and gets all their product for free as donations.however unfortunately this is one of the few thrift stores in the niceville/ valp area so it’s not like people can go anywhere else, so they know people will pay those high prices.
