The alleged professionals at this shop didn’t bother my measurements and ordered a dress 2-3 sizes too big. I had to waste gas and time to go back just for it to fit horribly, and was told that the lady has been in businesses for a while and if she said I was a size 8, then I was?! Mind you all of my dresses are a size 0-4. Then I was told not to worry, that they had a good seamstress who would do it fast and that I would get a call back. In the end, they forgot about us, and when I made yet another trip back, my dress was BUTCHERED. the chest part of the dress was nearly up to my shoulders. They ruined a dress that cost over $500. This is shameful and pathetic. Stay away from this place

Great dresses and attentive staff. Dresses are quite expensive though. We found a higher quality dress at 1/4 the price elsewhere. If you don't find a dress elsewhere this place has options, but they will cost you!

Terrible customer service and racially profiled. I wrote a huge review years ago but it looks like it was removed. So I’ll repost because I want people to know that it is still going on here bc I had friends go there and receive the same service.

Just like some of the other reviews that I have read on here, if I were allowed a ZERO star review, that’s what I would give. My daughter and I, along with my mother, stopped in at the store the other night and the treatment that my daughter received was horrible. My daughter, who is a plus size girl, was shopping for Prom Dresses. She had seen a dress that she was interested in on the shops website. My daughter went up to the sales clerk at the register and showed her the picture of the dress and the lady replied with “Oh, we just sold the last one this past weekend.” I could tell as soon as we came in, that both the sales clerks were looking my daughter up and down, and honestly got the impression in just a few seconds that they were not interested in helping my daughter. The sales clerks actions and just body language towards my daughter was horrible, and when she threw that statement out about how they had just sold the last one the past weekend, I believe that was a lie and it was just a way for them not to work with my daughter. My daughter left away from there crying because of how she was treated. We will never shop here again and I will gladly tell people not to go there with their daughters. The average size girl has changed nowadays, they aren’t your average 2-4 size. As a dress shop, you need to be accommodating towards the young girls who are not a size 2,4 or 6.

We gave our money to a different dress shop, they were kind towards my daughter and they were willing to work with her to get her the dress she wanted.

My daughter had an amazing experience here! She came with a friend to try on dresses and found the perfect one. A little pricey, but they are designer dresses and made well. Staff is nice and helpful. Will be back for future needs!

If I could give this place a zero star review I would. How are you going to run a business as a plus size person but not accommodate plus size people? The only customers you care about are skinny blonde white girls. Every time I have been here I have experienced snarky comments and improper customer service. Never once have I felt welcomed here. She turned me away because she said it was too busy even though there was only 3 blonde girls in the store which she was more than happy to help.

This store is fantastic. From the variety of dresses to the helpful staff. I went my niece to look for homecoming. Honestly she found 4 dresses that were adorable on her. If you're looking for a dress for homecoming or prom. Check out A PINK BOUTIQUE.

If I could give this store a zero I would and I wish I would have read the reviews before I went there. We felt very unwelcome during our visit there. We asked the lady working for some help and she act like she didn't want to help us. She asked what school we were from and than told us you know there are dress shops that can make a dress for us. We weren't looking to get a dress make we ask for help. She make no attempt to suggest any dresses or try to help us but she was pulling dresses for the other 2 girls there which I guess were the right race. I'm not one to place the race card but that's exactly how it felt we were not the right race which shouldn't matter we had the money needed to shop there but I guess our money wasn't good enough must be nice not to need a sale. I would never suggest this place to anyone. Shopping for a prom dress is suppose to fun and special for a girl but you took the joy out of shopping for a prom drsss for my daughter. She didn't even want to shop no more after we left you store. I hope people read this review and stay clear from your store so they don't have the same experience.
