I can’t say enough good things about my experience at The medical department store. My dad broke his hip, and I needed to find a lift chair for him quickly. Stephanie was absolutely amazing—she took the time to explain all the different models, fabrics, colors, and features, making it easy to choose a chair that fit both my dad’s needs and my budget.

Since the chair we ordered wouldn’t arrive before my dad came home, Stephanie went above and beyond by providing a loaner chair in the meantime. When his chair finally arrived, we realized it was too big—completely my fault, as I misjudged my dad’s height. I called Stephanie, and within five minutes, she had a solution. She arranged for a correctly sized chair to arrive the very next day, and they swapped it out seamlessly. The new chair fit perfectly and had all the right features at the right price.

Stephanie also helped me pick out other essential safety supplies, making my dad’s transition home after surgery so much easier. This experience took a huge amount of stress off my shoulders, and I truly appreciate the exceptional service and care. If you need medical equipment in the Venice area, I highly recommend this The Medical department store especially if you get the chance to work with Stephanie!

Excellent customer service from everyone at this store. Our salesperson, Stephanie was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. We ordered an optional accessory and the service department came to the house and installed it for free. Mr G. Hernandez, the one who installed the accessory was very personable and professional. All in all a great experience and I fully trust this company. I love my new turquoise Pride Gogo portable scooter.

I have to starte using a cpap machine and I had many questions about how to use them or which one I should get. I was helped by Donna who was very sweet and knowledgeable. She was able to explain not only how to use the machine but how I should take care of it and what supplies I would need. She made me feel very comfortable by the end on which machine I should get. I just had knee surgery two days ago. My chair is at my house. Did not serve the purpose for my recovery. A friend told me to maybe rent a lift chair. Thank you Stephanie D for the wonderful service we received from you on Christmas eve. You went out of your way to ensure the safety of your customer when he purchased a new upright walker. You ensured he knew how to use the machine, explained what all the "buttons" did, made sure the height was properly adjusted and even tightened the brakes to ensure they would work properly. We greatly appreciated both you courtesy and your attention to details, ensuring your customer had a place to carry his cane while using the vehicle...and the price was right!
