I don't know why they think its ok to charge so much for a,frozen coffee and not put the product in it. Mine was all cream n bitter. It seems like all the Dunkins in Venice are telling staff to short people on the product. Im not going to keep wasting my money on places that keep doing this.

When you pull up to the drive thru to order and put your window down cigarette smoke fills your car because the staff is always smoking right beside it. Management notified several times but that is the actual management. Then they go right in and don’t wash their hands. Disgusting culture at this place. Imagine how they treat your food. Read the other reviews and you’ll see. Management’s excuse is that’s the only place they’ve been told they can smoke. Smh. The owners of this franchise should read their reviews and pay people to focus on the food and customers rather than their smoke breaks. Complete clowns.

It is a new location in Wellen Park, so I decided to give it a try. I ordered large hot latte and it was 3/4 filled up. Last month I ordered iced vanilla latte with light ice, see picture below of what I got. When I questioned it, their reply was that this what I get when I choose light ice. So disappointing!

Let me start off by saying i have been coming here for a year now multiple times a week before school. i attend scf, and stop at dunkin on my way there almost everyday. For the last year now, 9/10 visits, there is something wrong. I am a fan of the bagel minis, but only from other dunkin’s.
every time i get them at this location, they are completely frozen cream cheese in the middle, or super burnt like this. I don’t understand what is so hard about toasting a bagel mini, the other locations seem to have it down pretty good. if i had to guess, it’s most likely because they are busy and too lazy, and toss them in the microwave for 10 seconds. This is what i get when i ask them to be cooked in the middle, not frozen. i get a huge sigh, “we’re busy” remark, and burnt bagels. How come this is everytime? Also the lack of hospitality and kindness is horrible. i’ve always been kind, always tip, and they greet me with a frown face and attitude because i ask for my bagels to be cooked…. sorry i don’t wanna pay for FROZEN BAGELS.

I was at this location yesterday and ordered 7 donuts
And the guy working there put them in two separate bags
When he handed me the bags they are covered in chocolate
Like where am I going to put this bag? My car is brand new and I looked at him puzzled and ask for another bag which he then hands me a box…CONFUSED I’m not sure why he didn’t use a box to begin with? so now how am I supposed to take all the melted donuts and transfer them to a box when I’m driving Also why was there chocolate finger prints all over the bag? I’m assuming he grabbed them all with his non gloved hands that he’s also taking customers credit cards/ cash with and touching everything in the store 😩 I ended up pulling over at a gas station and throwing them away ☹️

Have not once had a correct order here, but I wanted to wait to post. Among other incorrect items in my order, this is the one that put me over. Everything bagel with cream cheese, instead given a normal bagel with whatever sad serving size of cheese that is. I was the only customer in the drive thru at the time of ordering. Lady in the window was nice and witty, though, so that was nice. Unfortunately for her, I heard the staff tell her they didn’t feel like getting the hash browns out of the cooler so I was told they were unavailable after ordering and paying for them. Sheesh.

Unacceptable. Guy was cleaning the bathroom, left brum and plunger. Never washed the hands went to the kitchen and start preparing my sandwich. I am not eating anything there..

I found my favorite Dunkin!
We rolled up to the drive thru, on our way to the fair, and ordered two charlie cold foam cold brew coffees for the girls,no problem. Decided to press my luck, and ordered myself a hot Midnight blend, got the typical 'sorry we don't have any'...😥 was blown away when she kept going and said 'but we'll make some fresh for you',🤯 they made me a fresh and perfect extra, extra.. 😊 thanks for that, most locations will say they don't have it brewed, and leave it at that. The extra munchkin in the box made me smile,too. 😁, thanks!
