Such an amazing experience, thank you to Marcella, William, Karen and Michael for making it spectacular. They were so friendly and accommodating from the time we checked in to the time that we left. The room was clean however, it could use some updating, but it didn’t take away from the experience. It was a quiet hotel, and just what I would expect from the Fairfield. The free breakfast was over the top stocked and fresh with so many great things each day from the lemon poppyseed scones to the egg white frittata. Such great food for breakfast, that usually doesn’t happen with free breakfast at hotels. The location was easy to access right off of Route 75 but not far from downtown Venice or the beaches. I would definitely come back to this location.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Ann & Gary provided the best hotel breakfast service! They were attentive, constantly refilling items, and walked to tables to make sure guests were happy. I’ve eaten many hotel continental breakfasts, but their service tops them all!

My experience checking in and getting situated, thanks to Clare at the front desk has made my trip very enjoyable! She was extremely helpful and charismatic. Very nice hotel with great anmmenities and if you need anything- make sure to ask for Clare!

We had an excellent experience at the Fairfield on 2935 Executive Drive, Venice Florida on December 31 until 2 pm January 1, 2025. Marcella (Cindy) Grimm Front Office Mgr upgraded our room & allowed checkin prior to 3 & late departure on Jan 1. Last year we stayed & this year with very good experiences. We recommend it ! Unfortunately, when we arrived at the hotel to retire for the evening at 10:00 PM, our room was very cold. We adjusted the thermostat (which had already been on the heat mode) to 79 degrees. The unit did not respond at all overnight and we awoke to a freezing room; with 42 degree temperatures outside that morning.
When the woman at the front desk asked us about our stay, we informed her of our heating issue and said it should be addressed. I told her that I never experienced a heating issue at any Marriott property, in my approximately 3000 nights spent here.
She apologized profusely and immediately (without my solicitation) said we would be comped for the stay. This did not happen and my Bonvoy card was charged $202 for the night
Upon contacting corporate, I received an apology and assurances that property management would be in contact with me. Several days later I received some “bonus points” into my Bonvoy account without any communication from the Fairfield.
It would have been nice for the Fairfield to simply call or email me.
Again, it wasn’t about compensation, it is about customer service.

I have visited Venice twice before and always have been satisfied with this Marriott property. This trip I was able to use points to offset the cost for my 3 night stay. I brought my sister to show her the area and she was quite impressed with our accommodations. We were greeted at the front desk by Cindy who had everything ready for our early arrival. She provided us with maps and restaurant recommendations and ideas for things to do in the area. Restaurants we went to were Pops Sunset Grill, Dockside Waterfront and Sharks, all on the water with great sunset views and excellent food and service. The hotel breakfast was wonderful and the female who put out the food and replenished coffee also told us about the beaches and was very friendly and professional. Our room was very clean and beds very comfortable. We used the pool and that was also very clean and relaxing. I don’t mind the short drive to downtown, beaches and restaurants as staying on the beach would cost more and probably wouldn’t have a pool and full breakfast and there was plenty of parking at no charge at this location. Some Marriotts charge a daily parking fee of $45. I would highly recommend visiting the area and this Fairfield.

I stayed a week at this hotel, while traveling for business. Check in was easy and fast and the room was clean and comfortable. Although a bit dated. It's conveniently located right off the highway but the driveway is off of a side street, which made getting in/out very easy without having to battle service road traffic. Overall I didn't have any issues and enjoyed my stay here.

Nice property, very friendly staff, nice breakfast. A bit over priced, but within the same as other hotels nearby. Limited parking, not lots of room for trucks and trailers. Walking distance to Wendy's, Dunkin, Wawa, Racetrac. Close to Interstate 75, not too much noise in room from highway though.
