I am extremely disappointed by the poor quality of the tile installation performed by Manasota Flooring throughout our home, affecting areas from the kitchen to the bathrooms. The tiles are unevenly laid with many featuring chipped edges, and the grouting varies from being nonexistent to excessively overflowing. Additionally, addressing these issues has been further complicated by the ineffective customer service. Contacting them involves navigating through endless voicemail prompts, and it typically takes at least 24 hours to receive a callback.

The technicians sent to rectify the problems lacked the ability to communicate in English, which severely hindered our interactions and their ability to understand the issues fully. Given the extent of these concerns, I would advise looking into other vendors for tiling work as a significantly better alternative.

Very disappointed with the final job and the reaction from both the salesman and the manager. Look closely at the photo of the doorway. Even though the knew they were removing the carpet, according to them this large gap was the fault of the builder. The installer didn’t point out any problem, when I saw it he said “that’s how they do it”. Even the “primed” molding was filthy and scuffed up with black marks, I’ll have to prime it before I can paint it. I expected a good job, not an amateur hack job. If you work with them don’t assume a quality job, ask every possible question and get answers in writing. They don’t seem to care. Better yet, find someplace that cares. I must admit I like the flooring but this can be bought at many different places.

Venice store, clerk was extremely rude to us. He might have been having a bad day but that is no excuse to tell us “I only sell to builders, please don’t waste my time and leave”

Our experience with Manasota Flooring has been truly terrible. They never laid down the vapor barrier, the floors were ruined six months in. We have written emails where they confirmed they messed up. They have been dodging us ever since. The floors must be replaced. The honest guy who came to first inspect is not there and the people we’ve dealt with since have been a nightmare. This is not an honest or reputable company.

A huge THANK YOU goes out to Manasota Flooring in Venice ! This is the 2nd large project they have worked on for me and they did an incredible job for the 2nd time !!! I have an irregular color pattern with my Cortec LVP which could cause challenges for anyone else. JOE AND HECTOR, my installers were nothing short of true craftsman. It looks incredible!! Admittedly, I am a very tough and picky customer and they listened to everything that I was trying to accomplish and met every hope!! THANK YOU to Sam in the sales office and again to Joe and Hector. We really appreciate your hard work!! HAPPY HAPPY!!!!!

My husband and I went to. Manasota Flooring at the recommendation of our builder since they were the supplier of the flooring for our new home. My husband has ALS and overnight lost his ability to lift himself out of his shower chair. We needed to act quickly to find a solution and made the decision to raise our shower floor so I could easily push him into the shower. It wasn’t a big job but to us it was an important job. We were able to find a contractor who would do the job over a weekend but we needed to move quickly to get the tile. We met with Tom at Manasota Flooring. Some issues arose as their records did not reflect the same tile that was reflected on the box of tile on the box of tile the builder left for us. I called Tom that same day to let him know what our builder paperwork showed as the tile we selected. I had to leave a voicemail and requested a call back. After an additional unreturned phone call our builder called and arranged an order. I provided my credit card number and requested a call as to when the tile would be available for pick up. We had less than 2 weeks until our job was scheduled. Tom Indicated the tile would take 3-5 days to be delivered to the store. I never received the call I requested. After a few days I called again and left a voicemail. After 24 hours without a call back I called again but received voicemail. I took my lunch hour and drove to the store to get a response. Tom was not going to be in until later in the day. The sales person I spoke with checked the system for my order but there was no order there. He checked Tom’s desk for a folder but nothing was found. He did say Tom has a unique filing system. That did not ease my anxiety as I recall the state of chaos of Tom’s s desk during our initial visit. I requested that Tom call me when he got into the office but no call was received. So here I am 4 days before our contractor starts our job and I have no tile. If you are looking for a vendor you can count on I would suggest you look elsewhere.

I had luxury vinyl plank flooring installed at the end of July. I want to thank the installers Alfredo Sr. and Alfredo Jr. for doing an excellent job of installing and then cleaning up. I couldn't be happier with these floors.
