After a few misaligned SA pairings over the past few years, I am so happy to be paired with Miguel. Past SAs have given the Mean Girl vibe, but Miguel is the antithesis of Mean Girl—he’s thoughtful, funny, sweet, and the most lovely human to spend an hour with, dreaming about and choosing beautiful things.

I had a few last-second Christmas gifts to buy yesterday. Miguel got me in right away and, not only did I get the two gifts I came in for, I bought multiple hard-to-find items for myself, including a gorgeous impromptu bag. I’m still smiling from my visit. ❤️

This Hermes store is the best in the world. They have a great selection and their customer service is fantastic. I always shop with Ryan T., not only is he friendly and accommodating but he is very knowledgeable especially when it comes to menswear and watches! He goes out of his way to make us feel special and find things we are interested in. We are happy to call Ryan a friend who will always look out for us.

I've always had pleasant experiences at Hermes SF with Linda, buying or not buying. I walked in last year having specific things in mind, and Linda would relentlessly look for those for me and try to entertain me with what she thought I might be interested with. Always appreciate her warmth and empathy while trying to make these "artistic decisions" and as a musician myself, I know how those decision could matter to me and others! Not a positive experience. The store itself is delightful, very beautiful and exactly what you would picture. Unfortunately the SA’s that were present seemed to make a flash decision that my friend and I didn’t belong - likely due to our walking clothes. It doesn’t matter how gorgeous the product is - if you feel like dirt when you walk through the door you should go elsewhere… which we did.
