I bought a children's sweatshirt at the location in Naples that was farther north. They did not have a larger size so i decided to echange it at the more southern Alvins Island in Naples. Although the receipt clearly stated that mechandise could be exchanged (but not returned) at other locations, I was told it 'was company policy' that i could not exchange the shirt for a bigger size. I argued adamently and even asked to speak to the person on the phone who told the associate that I could not echange the merchandise. He finally relented and made the call to the same person. I repeated what it said in the receipt. For some reading she said she was just pulling into the store. She scruntinized my receipt as well as the tags on bith shirts and FINALLY allowed the exchange. She was the exact same salesperson who had sold it to me at the other store!!! And she was surly at the other store as well!! Had she not shown up and allowed the exchange, I was ready to take them to court. NEVER going tonsho there again!!

Great store to buy anything with "Naples" written on it. Lots of souvenirs, trinkets and gifts. The employees could be a little nicer and at least act like they like working there.

Helpful and courteous service. We were looking for a beach cart and a staff member accommodated us to look at one more closely before we bought it. I was also able to find a bathing suit that fits my body better, especially the top. Often, the tops I find are too small. The only thing I saw that could be improved is the dust that has accumulated on the bathing suits on display. It's thick and pretty evident.

Its just like most of the beach shops here in Charleston & Myrtle Beach. This location is very clean, very organized, and had some nice shirts that my daughters picked out. They also had a section with Jeep shirts & hats that I loved! Its close to Tin City so I'm sure they have to compete with them, but the ladies working here were very friendly and helpful. If you need souvenirs to take back home to kids or friends this is a great place to stop.

I don't think I've ever written a negative review before but these guys are RUDE! As a family of three, we entered mid-afternoon and were the only customers in the store. There were 5 members of staff and they all ignored us. There was even a lady right next to the door, staring at us as we entered, who blanked us, then started speaking in Spanish to a colleague right over us. We walked out after 5 minutes browsing and won't be back.

Most all of the clothing has some type of stain or the iron on decal is peeling off. Check your clothes closely before purchasing! Every white lifeguard hoodie had a stain. We still wanted it as the stain was small. They were rude and offended that we had pointed out stains on 5+ of the same types of hoodies. We asked if they could discount them as they were stained. They were angry and offered 10% discount for the overpriced stained clothes. Beware.

Lots of souvenirs here! However, the quality of the t-shirts for kids and adults is TERRIBLE! We paid decent money for our grandkids' t-shirts and they wore them 1 time and the letters were coming off! The screenprint cracked after they tried it on. Didn't even get to wear it!! I will not go there again!

The staff here is very unhelpful and rude. Came in for an exchange and the hispanic check out lady made it impossible for me to exchange the item i wanted to exchange. They mentioned a 7 day return policy that isnt mentioned anywhere on the receipt. If i could give less than a star i would.
