I went today to make a withdrawal from western union service and the lady in that section denied me the transaction because my second last name didn’t appear in the documents, I’m hispanic so I have 2 last names, The money was sent from my brother like always and I provided all the information for the transaction like always cause I used to go there for the western union service and never had a problem before. she treated me really rude and looked at me like a racist does, I went to other store and I could make the withdrawal without any issues….. Never thought that I could have a bad experience in Publix specially in the customer services section

Every time I come to daily the service sick always talking the workers you need to address this as well when you tell them who is working in the line they always say it’s not there line this is very poor services

Jennifer and Sean did an amazing job helping me. Jennifer help me by returning some meat that was cut wrong. And Sean help me pick out a loin and cut it up into steaks. This after a different Publix location messed up the line and they took it anyways. Phenomenal that did an amazing job. Thank you

I had a great experience, forgot my wallet and was short of couple bucks to buy me a sandwich 🥪 and the lady at the deli making the sandwiches gave me the $$$ difference to be able and buy a piece of chicken tender. Don't remember her name though 🤔

Store is well stocked, staff are very pleasant and accommodating. Pgks of chicken were too large, and they split the pkg. so I only had to buy 2 pieces.

Publix is a pretty good place to shop. They have a good variety of items, they seem to have solid promotions, items are most often in stock, and I believe that the majority of the employees care and want to provide a good experience. While I am a fan of Whole Foods, Publix does a good job as an everyday supermarket offering some other hard goods and staples, such as furnace filters, school supplies, hats and shirts, cookware and other items.

The issues I have seem to be pervasive at all of the Publix locations. As mentioned by other reviewers, the deli and prepared foods area is most often a terrible experience. There is no sense of urgency to serve customers, no sense of order, and certainly not any awareness that their pace of service is very very slow and lackadaisical. Frankly, I almost never order from the deli because it's an excursion into frustration. It does help that most Publix locations have a small case with pre-cut meats and cheeses so that you can pick up common items quickly. Unfortunately, once these are low on items, they are not refilled in a timely manner by the same lackadaisical employees working in the deli. I am very surprised that Publix doesn't see this as an issue and continues to offer and permit such poor service.

On the few occasions where I have had to use customer service, they have been very responsive and helpful. I even sent a note to Publix corporate through their website and my comment and question was routed to the location at Kings Lake Square, and was addressed in a good way.

Last, I think it's always convenient to have a liquor store attached to the grocery store in case I need something in that area.

Twice now when I have ordered a sub for pickup at this store the sub was not ready on time. I had to show them the order and then they made the sandwich. On top of that they didn't add the toppings that were selected and clearly printed on the order and the receipt.

Simply beautiful!. Busy...yet lines moved swiftly everywhere I looked I witnessed a smile ...a joyful conversation!. Establishment clean and organized and there were promotions all over the sales floor. I love this place!!!
