We love our home! Danielle, Sabina, and Birdie made our long distance move stress free and easy! I cannot express enough how helpful they were! The property is absolutely gorgeous and we are enjoying walking the property with our dog! Maintenance was here for a quick fix. Our technician was super nice and got the job done in a timely manner! We are so happy to call River Reach our new HOME! Again, special thanks to Danielle, Birdie, and the wonderful Sabina for helping our transition back to FL go so smoothly.

I have being living in River Reach for almost 2 years. Is rare to find such a spacious complex with so many amenities. The maintenance team is really good. They are great when it comes to answering your request something that I have never have before as a renter. It has been by far the best experience I have as a renter. Needless to say how well is located in the heart of Naples.

If I could give them 0 stars I Would! Do not RENT HERE. First off these apartments are no where near the pictures you see on their website. I don’t even know how people manage to live in mold/cockroach infested apartments. These apartments are basically hanging on a thread. The inside of the apartments are a joke, you can tell maintenance DOES not care about the appearance of the apartments as they do half jobs and put no effort into even making them nice. The maintenance management don’t do anything as they are always in the office. They are not for the people they only care about getting money out of you. Stay away from any ASPEN PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. I witnessed how they treat there workers very inhumane if they don’t care about there workers do you really think they care about your living conditions? Please rent somewhere else. The staff and apartments are DISGUSTING

Just moving in and Sara has been absolutely great in this process. Super friendly and just very attentive to all of my questions. She has made a stressful process super easy! Since the first time I visited River Reach, Sara has been great. Can’t recommend her enough

River Reach Apartments are not what they claim to be. Garbage piled up every weekend, pool is not clean, most of the equipment in the exercise center is broke and filthy. Problems with plumbing and cockroaches. And they do not background check the residents. My neighbors were a nightmare.

I moved here from NH in Oct/Nov. I did all my leasing things online so I never saw River Reach until I actually moved in. Dayana was super helpful and friendly with the whole process. Dayana made everything so easy to do through the internet. My parents do live in the area so they did help out with checking out apartments for me. They loved how nice this place was set up and how helpful and sweet Dayana was towards them. I've been here for several months now and I am in love with my apt. I look over the lake and it is so peaceful here. My home in NH was on 5 acres and we had tons of wildlife. I think that's what I really like about River Reach is the wildlife ( my favorite was the momma bunny and her babies, I didn't think to get pictures) and you don't really realize you are in the middle of a city. I only had to call maintenance once and they arrive promptly and were very courteous and helpful. Also I need to mention, my cats are in heaven here. They love being in the sun on the lani and just watching and enjoying the sights. If you are looking for an apartment definitely check out River Reach you won't be sorry!!

Our experience in the house tour was exceptional thanks to Danielle, who attended to us with kindness and attention. The leasing office is simply charming. This condominium is truly wonderful: it boasts two serene pools, a fully equipped gym, and an unconditional love for animals. The apartment is impeccable spacious, with ample storage space that exceeds our expectations.

Chris and Omar do an amazing job ! They came in only for my dryer and fix so many things in my apartment while talking to my daughter and making her laugh and feel comfortable! They were absolutely great !
