A total joy to work with! Mike and his team operate in such a fluid manner that it made this sale not only enjoyable, but I personally found that I was not chasing for questions and documents. Mike had everything ready to go and his transaction coordinator was on top of things making sure that everything was delivered to me so that the buyer received every document required for the sale and from the condo association. Mike even surprised the buyer with how well him and his team operated.
