Went to go pick up my U-Haul and was informed as I’m going to leave that I have to move my car from the premises and park across the street because I’m not allowed to leave my car parked on the premises. They had plenty of parking spaces for me to leave my car on site. As a paying customer, I think that is ridiculous. My vehicle should be parked safely on the premises of where I am renting a U-Haul from, not randomly in a public space. This also made it incredibly inconvenient and unnecessarily difficult, as I had to move things from my car to the U-Haul, as well as on my return from the U-Haul to my car. I would not recommend anyone to rent a U-Haul from this location as it is the first location I’ve ever rented a U-Haul from that does not allow you to park on the premises.
