Don’t bother with this place. They don’t appreciate your business.

I have shopped at this establishment and their sister stores in the past. The merchandise is cheep quality beach attire. It’s definitely not great clothing, but something you can find a one off fun outfit. When I have visited this establishments in the past I have always felt the staff would rather be somewhere else. You all know the type…. they employee that is put off when ask them a question because they have to work.

So while staff has never offered a pleasant shopping experience, today officially cemented them as the worst shopping experience in St Augustine.

I’m in town for only one night. I arrived at the store at 5:50pm and they were closing. Closing time is normally 8pm or later in the summer. However, because today was a colder slow day, the shopkeeper told me they decided to just close early and I could not come in. She was not friendly or apologetic about the situation. Rather, she was bothered by my presence and rude. Based on her dialogue, I expressed my disappointment and commented that closing early just because it was cold was a stupid policy. She sharply replied “ staying open was stupid”. I responded that if people expect a store to be open till 8pm, closing early just because it’s a cold slow day is a stupid policy. She then respond that “I was Stupid”. She attacked me. I commented on a policy. She attacked me personally.

I am “Stupid” because we expect the store to be open based on posted opening hours!!!!
It actually made me laugh at how unprofessional she acted. But at the ending the day, this type behavior is Unacceptable business practices.

Don’t waste your time here. Go around the corner to Cotton Way’s and see Kim. They have much better quality merchandise and appreciate customers. I dropped a nice penny with them today after being told I was “Stupid “ by the not so bright sales lady at Shopaholic.

We had a wonderful experience at this beautiful boutique. I purchased an adorable jumpsuit and beach pants. I will be going back for more. Great prices and awesome selection.

i used to shop here and the quality was very nice: now quality is down, and the fabrics don’t feel right. also it’s very weird that they have a “for real women” sign that was also very silly and gross to see.

Ventured into this little shop right on the shopping Main Street. My grandson was with me and my son as well. My grandson picked out a dress for his mother and the lady that owns the store just thought he was so cute she decided to give him the dress and would not take any money for it. What a beautiful gesture and she has a lifelong customer.

I can’t say enough beautiful words about this cute boutique and the owner, Leila. She is truly beautiful inside & out. Her prices are great for a boutique. I kept buying more and more clothes. The clothes are great quality and so versatile. Looking forward to our next trip to St. Agustine to do more shopping and visit Leila. I was at the store few weeks ago. They have very small space between clothes, and I accidentally touched the woman - she said she is manager. I said sorry, but she started yelling at me so bad! It was not even a reason! This woman is totally out of her mind and so unstable! She kicked me out from the store! That was just crazy and terrible behavior!
