We stayed in Neptune's Retreat Villa which was a 5 bedroom 4 bath home 20 minutes from Disney. The home was clean and well stocked. The pool was clean. Villa Direct was very responsive as this was a last minute rental. We would definitely use Villa Direct again.

We have stayed many times with Villa Direct, house was good, few exceptions. My biggest complaint is having to wait over 4 hours in a line to get back to the house , and I was told this is normal and nothing can be done . That is absolutely ridiculous to sit that long , saying only one gate to let everyone in . Something needs to be done to fix this because that is not normal . I can't pay this kind of money and be scared to leave because of how long it will take to get back . Nice house and property.

Arrived and waited 45 mins because the access code was not correct. Had to call the after hrs line and what for a call back. Upon entry everything seemed fine. Unfortunately, there were many issues. Blood on the master bathroom floor. Old food in the sink that smelled horrible. I had to clean. Pool was dirty with bugs because it was not running. I cleaned. Turned on jacuzzi and it began to spray every where. Had to wait for someone to come fix that. There was a leak in the game room right by the entrance from a pipe that caused the rug to be soaked. Maintenance had to come back out to fix that. Which took some time. Maintenance stated the ac was not working properly which we noticed. All pool sticks were broken except 2 that were bent. The were multiple rips in the screens around the pool which caused a major fly problem. If you put a cup of water down flies were on your cup. It was ridiculous. I called and spoke with the manager Lisa. I asked for a refund or partial and she was very rude. Would not let me speak at all. All in all I would not recommend any friends or family to stay here. If you just need somewhere to sleep then I guess it will do.

Thank you for making our vacation dream so enjoyable. We have been staying with Villa Direct for 10 years now and I cannot imagine finding the friendly staff and quality service they provide during our vacation, with any other company. If any issues arise, they are there to fix whatever the problem may be. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the amazing staff members we have encountered and will recommend Villa Direct to all our family and friends. Looking forward to another trip in October. BEWARE. Villa Direct will not help you if you encounter any issues. You can't talk to a human.

I'm still waiting for my amenity cards from Friday. I check out today.
Do not insult me afterwards by apologizing after I leave. Be a decent person to begin with. My issue were incredibly easy to correct if anyone cared. VillaDirect Reservation #246144.

The stay at this house was a horror show; we had no WiFi, Toilets were dirty, floors were dirty, there were roaches and they know they have roaches because there was bug spray in the pantry. We should have known this was not the place to stay because there was a broken down golf cart parked near the driveway of the house where we were staying. The garbage deposal didn’t work and the patio vertical blinds were all torn up and shabby. The person on duty at the Villa Direct Office (Lisa) is used to all the complaints. She had an excuse answer for everything and nothing was ever corrected.

Rented a property near Orlando for a Thanksgiving family vacation. The home was clean, comfortable, and located near everything we wanted to do. They responded quickly to any questions I had. If I return to the area I will definitely be dealing with them again!!

We have been guests of VillaDirect for 8+yrs now and we wouldn't dream of renting from anywhere else. We rented twice from them this year alone and have already booked 2 more stays for next year! Making up for the trips we couldn't take when Covid first reared it's ugly head!! When we had to cancel in 2020 we were nervous about how Insurance would work etc but Michelle took care of Everything!!
Every home that we rented (approx 10) was exactly what we expected. They were clean and kept up-to-date. Any little thing that needed attention was done immediately.
I can't say enough about the interactions that we've had with staff members...Michelle, Lisa and Marcos who were very attentive to making sure our vacations were stress free and the homes were in perfect order!!
We just got back a couple of days ago and miss it already!! See you in April! 😊😊
