Absurd prices of items. Be prepared to be ripped off. There should be a price audit to this place. Moreover, many items have missing prices, so you don’t know the price until you get to the cashier. The resort should take serious action.

Very misleading menu pricing at this resort venue. A Cold Brew shows at $4 on their menu with Starbucks partnership branding. I ordered a Cold Brew with skim milk and vanilla and it was almost $8. Turns out they charge extra for SKIM MILK and they charge PER PUMP for vanilla. Both of these items are standard inclusions at a real Starbucks.

I have worked in the hospitality industry for over a decade and never seen this type of price gouging to vacationers even in the most upscale of resorts.

The women working there on the morning of April 18th were rude with attitudes. They refused to give me ice for my extremely hot coffee I just paid $8 for. They yelled in front of other customers that there's a sign posted that I should have read. Not the same friendly customer service as the rest of the resort.

Very poorly staffed and inefficient. Not nearly enough staff to manage being the only breakfast restaurant in the whole resort which holds thousands of people. Disappointing.
