Floor Trader Outlet is a great store to get floor items like carpet, wood, stone, ceramic and vinyl. They have lots of beautiful items. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful to get you items you want. They are available every day except Sunday and have good hours. The prices are reasonable for such good items. My son got new carpet here and they did it perfectly. I would recommend this big store for good floor items.

Floor Trader went above and beyond to send their flooring contractor Shawn O'boyle out to install our luxury vinyl floors. We were so lucky that he was able to start on our floors the very next day since he had a cancellation. Shawn and his crew did an amazing job on our floors. He and his crew work fast and very efficient. Shawn and his crew went above and beyond to fix situations that my husband and I had try to do on our own. I can't say enough about how beautiful my floors look and how professional the work is.

We excitedly got new carpet we spent a lot on. They said there were several installers to pick from, but we only were given contact to 1. They were not good, the seams are trash. They fought and bickered the whole time. It was a husband and wife team, and they were yelling at each other a lot. Now we have ugly seams because the installer messed it up. Next time we will go somewhere with a guarantee. Ug, expensive mistake. If the installer messes up, they can't fix it.

Jen was very patient in helping us pick out our tile and grout color based on our preferences and Dennis was top notch for installation pleasing even the most critical eye.
