Overall, my experience was very good. The guy that helped me directly, Ben Walker, was a very good man. We spoke before coming in to the dealership, and he took the time to listen to my situation. He was able to help me get in to a new truck, and he checked in on me even after the deal was done. That speaks about who he is as a business man! I would recommend going to Ben before you go to anyone else if you are looking for a vehicle!

On a side note, outside of my experience with Ben, I did have one other person that I spoke to that day when purchasing my new truck, and it wasn’t nearly as personable and smooth as my experience with Ben. Thank you Ben, for taking the time to help me regardless of that!

Dear Brando Dealer Team,

My name is María Warren, and I am a customer at your dealership. I purchased my first Toyota from you and have been very satisfied with the service I received in sales. However, today I had an unfortunate experience in the service area that I would like to share to help prevent similar situations for other customers.

I arrived today at 10:00 a.m. for my vehicle inspection and was excellently assisted by Víctor Pérez, who was very kind and professional. However, while I was waiting, an employee named Carma treated me rudely and yelled at me to move my car, even though I was following Víctor’s instructions. His attitude was completely inappropriate and aggressive. Another employee tried to calm the situation, but Carma responded inappropriately, assuming that the issue was the language barrier, when in reality, it was his disrespectful behavior that upset me.

I want to emphasize that, overall, your staff is extremely attentive and helpful. Unfortunately, this employee’s behavior tarnished my experience. I chose not to express my frustration at the time, but I believe it is important to address this issue to ensure it does not happen to other customers.

I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope it will be handled appropriately.
