I went into this sore for the first time today and the staff was beyond helpful! The main guy that helped me is named Josh. I’m new in the wood working world. He helped me pick out the best wood type for my project, best finish options, and offered great advice. Will be going back to this store!

My wife and I love the Brandon Rockler store. They have great service. Jen, the store manager is one of the best. The people who work at the store are always helpful. I really like going to the store because being there inspires me to make something new or try something new.

I’m pretty knowledgeable about wood working tools but needed some advice on matching up some wood. The help there was over 5 stars!! This store is like a candy store for adults. They have everything you can think of for building your wood working projects.

***Update 3/3/2025 - I sent an email on 2/27 per your request but have not received a response which reaffirms my original concern about the company. Why haven't you responded to my email? In addition, I also sent an email on 2/22 to [email protected] which again have not received a response on. That is extremely disappointing customer service.

I was extremely dissatisfied with my most recent visit. I was sold a Triton Spindle Spander which was supposed to be a display unit however that unit was a used tool and missing 70% of the accessories which was not disclosed to me. I do not feel the Rockler handled that situation properly. The employees are very nice and this is not a reflection on them however I will choose to take my business elsewhere.

Im new to shopping here but I absolutely love this brand. The service here is like traveling back in time. The staff are very knowledgable, extremely helpful, welcoming, etc. Just something you don't even get close to seeing at most places any more. On top of that, they offer classes for beginners like myself. I wish more stores were like this. Rockler should be a case study on how brick and mortar stores can compete with online by delivering an exceptional experience.

Just heard about this store a few days ago on the Triple L Rustic Designs YT channel. So I drove to Brandon to check it out for myself. Upon entering I was greeted with a warm welcome.

All I can say is WOW! This place as a woodworkers paradise. There is no lack or specialty tools, accessories and supplies for any project and level of wood work. Fair warning ⚠️ this place will cause you to loose consciousness and purchase everything in sight. 😊

Workshops are also available 🪵📐🔨

Amazing place and highly highly recommend for anyone to find your closest location and enjoy!!!

I went in not really knowing what I needed and Alex was fantastic in helping me. I did get an item I needed to exchange and Robert took care of me in the same fashion. Staff is excellent.
