bad experience... the installers sent to my house for the installation of the windows and doors were terrible. They didn't have any attention to detail, the calking they put I had to fix it myself because it was all over the place. they broke more walls that they supposed to, they told me the walls next to the windows will get a few scratches, this were holes, big holes... they were not careful at all with anything, they scracted the brand new doors putting them on, so I have new doors with scratches included.
They came one day installed 2 windows, they didn't show up until the following week, on Fridays they made up an excuse to leave at noon, it was a long and painful process. It's true that they were the less expensive of all 3 companies we quoted, but after they finished, we had to hire a contractor to fix all the walls they broke and paint again, so the money we saved picking the cheapest quote, we spent it paying the contractor and the painter. I guess the cheapest option is not the best option.

These incompetent people installed the hurricane impact windows in my waterfront condo building. A great majority of the units, including my own, leak if it rains for over an hour. People have had to deal with moldy carpets they had to rip out and walls thanks to these people, same with those who have ruined wooden floors. I can't even fathom how much damage we will all face when a hurricane comes and dumps water for days on end!

And let's not forget the ceiling and wall damage they caused during installation due to negligence as they push and pulled out wooden dividers during the process and of course, they washed their hands of that responsibility as well. On cold days, the cold air will seep into the condos and on hot days, the condos are incredibly hot and humid, due to these leaks.

They should be put out of business, they never offered to fix their mistakes, not that we trust them to do it, they'd probably make it worse! We have been in court with them for years. Unless you want to deal with similar results, do NOT hire them. I have plenty of photos and videos that document their shoddy work, and so do many of the residents. Shame on them for causing us so much distress! I can only surmise that the positive reviews are from family and friends.

Driver of truck 27 is very discourteous on the roadway. If this reflects your business values, then I think customers should know.

Wow and at least four reviews about their drivers. If your people get someone hurt, you’re on notice.

Done business with them several times. They have been operating for decades, hence being a very professional company that offers a reliable product/service. This company provides an excellent product at a very competitive price. The staff has plenty of experience and is always there to assist if there's any issues with your order.

Stopped by yesterday to look around as I'm looking for new windows on an investment property I just purchased. Unexpectedly cool showroom! Was greeted by Manny who was super cool and showed all the possible options for my place. He actually recommended a line that was not the most expensive - so I thought that was pretty awesome. Best of all - they offer financing.
I would highly recommend PLUS they have pretty good cuban coffee!

Rudy was great but the installation company was not. Ready Windows sent Hansel and his team to install our windows. Hansel the boss was never around and his two employees have horrible attitudes when asked to fix something. His two employees were very sketchy to begin with and ended up stealing some tools of mine, when confronted they returned one of the two tools later that night. I later than realized my debit card was missing from the table and through transactions it narrows it down to them. All in all they were very messy, rude, and thieves.The windows are lovely but the experience that I had with this contracted company tarnished it all. Very disappointed to not even get an apology and treating me as if I was the liar instead. Beware of your belongings.

If you are looking for quality windows and excellent customer service look no further!! Ready Windows exceeded my expectations from start to finish. When I called to schedule my estimate I was greeted by a friendly staff member - Manny came out the next day and was very knowledgeable & friendly as well. My windows and doors were installed in a timely manner and kept my family safe during hurricane Irma!!! You can't ask for anything more then that!!
