Please don’t ever order from this company online, EVER! It has been a complete nightmare, and all I wanted was what I paid for. I received a store credit from them last year (which took two months for me to receive) and there was this set that I wanted to wear on my trip on November 22nd that was available on the site. I ordered on November 10th and when my trip starting approaching I contacted them via email because a label was created but my package was never shipped out. I was not given any updates and all I was told that they were looking into my order. I contacted them via Instagram and I was told they tried to call me (which is a lie) but I couldn’t understand why they needed to call me to ship out what I paid for. Long story short and 7 days shy of a month later the set arrives and it’s not even what is displayed on their website or Instagram. The outfit has no lining which means I just got a piece of material. It’s completely cheap looking compared to what is on the site. If you look at the pictures on the model compared to what I received it’s completely different. The package came with no packing slip and the size of the item I received is unknown because there is no tag on the set I received. This outfit looks like it came directly from AliExpress and I believe what happened was is that they over sold the product and instead of sending me my money back that went with a cheaper option to satisfy the order. I’ve tried calling, I’ve tried emailing and no one has answers. PLEASE NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!!! This is a scam!

I wouldn't recommend a Dog to buy an outfit from her . She will not issue a refund and keep your money .

Princess was so patient and helpful. The store was clean and organized.
However, they lied and I do not like that.
I was told if I do a review I would get 8% off . I did the review and the older lady at the cash register was like no it’s for your next purchase. So I spoke to the women who told me that . Then she spoke to her to give me the discount . Dress was $95.66 . My total was $102. I said “did you apply the discount?” She said yes . I insert my card , click text receipt and left. As I was driving, I did the math and said hold up. I looked at the receipt in my phone and I saw no discount was applied .
Then I called and it was a service line . She talking about maybe it was a honest mistake . How when I asked before I insert the card? Yal shady and some liars. And I don’t like that !
I’m only giving two stars Cause princess was so helpful .

I had an online order with them for a dress I did not like .I was unable to get a response about a return for almost 2 weeks, I live in fort Pierce went to the Miami location an the Spanish woman that worked there was very unpleasant told me online an the store were not connected , I persisted to ask is there a number I could get for the online orders she finally called someone that was pleasant an helpful an let me do my exchange but the Spanish woman at the store continued to be unkind an not pleasant smelling the dress I
Returned, repeatedly asking me did I wear it ! (An I did not , once I saw the dress I did not want it ) also telling the woman this is a old model dress (excuse my French but bish I jus ordered this) in the end I was able to exchange an me still being polite I said Thankyou to the woman she didn't even look up or speak I will never ever shop there again!!!! The return situation was horrible an so was the customer service as a black woman I try to support black business but this is why I can't deal with them!!!!
