An unsuspecting gem. We visit the Vero Beach area and generally say it's a Disney resort every year to every other year. This is walking distance and a very nice change from the food at the Disney resort. I hear their breakfast is great as well but I'm more familiar with the subs. The subs are not gigantic but they are delicious and will easily satisfy your hunger. Don't forget to try their smoothies as well! They do a significant volume of business here. This is not a fancy destination but a nice option to have. My whole family loves coming to this place for a delicious sub and I know they have other daily specials. At some point I will also try their breakfast. Most of their businesses are local customers which says a lot. Is this going to be the best meal you have ever eaten, probably not. However, the value to quality ratio is fantastic. If all the national sub chains were sitting next to it, I would pick this one instead. We never make a trip down here without visiting there at least once. The atmosphere only scores a warm one because this is really nothing more than a general store and a small one at that.

We drive from Palm Bay to eat here, it’s that good! As many times as I’ve been, I still get their Wabasso Shrimp sub. It’s fresh and INCREDIBLE! Do yourself a favor and get extra pepper relish. Kids got the BLT and my wife got the famous Cali sub!

This hidden gem is fantastic. Friendly and fast service. Meatball sub and smoothie were perfect lunch by the beach. Older guy at the register was hilarious. Had us really laughing. Would recommend!!

Fantastic little spot for some great beachside food at fair prices! Everything I’ve tried has been fresh and delicious. Perfect for grabbing a quick bite before or after enjoying the beach. Laid-back vibe, definitely worth stopping by!

BEWARE THEY ADD 20% TIP WITOUT TELLING YOU..The food is good, but I will not shop at a place that automatically adds a tip to your purchase without your knowledge..WILL NOT be coming back! 1 coke and 1 Arizona tea I was robbed was charged just under 8 bucks for a dollar Arizona tea and a coke after I asked for receipt guy behind the counter got mad when I questioned the price I wasn't going to argue I paid and left this is the last time I come here

Staying at a local Vero beach resort we stumbled upon this establishment on one of our morning beach walks. We enjoyed some hot coffee and nice breakfast sandwiches. Great little beach side stop for beverages and quick reasonable eats. Recommend a stop here when staying nearby

Having never been to the area, I picked a random spot on the beach and stumbled upon this little gem.
It has an outside seating area and when you walk into this little space, you can see there’s a lot happening. Food, wine, refreshments, and a friendly hello.
The young man working at the counter, greeted me right away and recommended the sunshine smoothie after looking over the menu for a bit I chose what was recommended.
On the other side, the aroma of delicious food being prepared by a busy kitchen.
Getting ready to check out the gentleman in front of me was having a nice local chat with the gentleman behind the counter, very welcoming and inviting experience.
After grabbing my delicious smoothie and a couple of things I walked right out and cross the parking lot to see the beautiful open ocean.
I highly recommend I will be going back.
