The Goodwill in Winter Haven is a small thrift store with clothing, accessories, children's items, and home goods. Drive-up donation station located in the back corner. Friendly service.

The story and employees are a joke. Not to mention near retail prices and they ask you for money every time you check out. The staff there are just plain rude and mean. Avoid at all costs there are much better thrift stores around where the people are actually friendly.

No parking, mid selection of merch, overpriced. It felt very much like a Big-Lots with a yard sale happening at the same time. Very crowded store bit still somehow nothing worth purchasing.

This is one of the worst locations ever the people who are Supposed to be customer service horrible nasty really scrawny skinny Caucasian Lady with a real big stomach very rude. I shop at all kinds of stores i shop at Macy's' Dillards' Goodwill' it's not the Store that makes the person it's how you can put it all together!!!! and make an outfit look really good!!!! their attitudes aew just Horrendous. these are donations for Goodness sakes overpriced, Hand me down clothes and Workers with nasty attitudes will never shop at this location again very nasty rude workers.

Management is very rude and when you speak up about their gross discrimination of customers especially when it comes to who is allowed to use their restroom, they get
irrate and threaten to call the cops. This restroom has been public for years, why is today a problem? Was it the way the people looked? Shameful. Then they act like you are wrong for calling them out on their discrimination of customers. Beware!
