Came in on our first stop, just starting out dress shopping-very excited-drove two hours to get there. Being a newbie, didn’t realize an appointment was customary. Lady at the front desk literally rolled her eyes at us. Behaved as if we were an imposition. We would have gladly made an appointment for later, but we got such an awful vibe that we decided to leave, even after she offered to have us wait for the stylist to arrive. We ended up spending our day (and lots of money) on a Melbourne shoppe. After reading other reviews, feeling like we really dodged a bullet. People in customer service need to show some GRACE. We needed a happy day/experience after a HUGE recent loss to the family. You don’t know what people are going through-this person made us feel unwelcome. Thank goodness we were able to salvage the experience by going elsewhere.

I made an appointment to purchase a gown. Talked to a woman named Rae. I drove up from Port Saint Lucie. When I arrived the store was closed. I called the number and got a recording. I left a message but didn't get a return call.
If this woman doesn't even show up for my appointment, I would never trust her to order a wedding gown for me.
VERY POOR BUSINESS AND BEWARE OF THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

The cutest bridal shop and amazing staff! They were so helpful helping me find my dream dress! My mom also got her mother of the bride dress. Great prices and really nice quality! I highly recommend. The rest of my family will be using them for the wedding. Super happy with this experience, we went to David’s bridal two weeks ago and this was 1million times better!!!! Way more personal service and better quality dresses. Worth checking out.

Despite some of the negative reviews on here, I have used Bridal Suite multiple times and each time had a wonderful experience. I have purchased prom and homecoming dresses here for more than four years and the staff members are always very friendly and more than willing to assist. When searching for dresses, they seem to get as excited as you are for your big event and always ask you how it went afterward. The negative reviews posted are most likely because Bridal Suite has a policy and strongly abides by it, who can really get upset about that? The owner is an older woman who is simply set in her ways, as we all will be one day. I don't think it is necessary to attack the shop and give them terrible reviews simply for that reason...it's rather childish if you ask me. The review about the store having "fun mirrors", seriously?! If you don't like the way your body looks, change it. Don't blame the mirrors, honey. The dresses I order always come in in the EXACT color that I order them, and I am always very satisfied. Bridal Suite is a great, family-run establishment and I will never take my business anywhere else.

Bridal Suite South was AMAZING! I went in today after going to countless stores feeling deflated. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out was an awesome experience! I briefly told a member of their team what I was looking for and they blew away my expectations. Sure enough I found MY dress! The staff was super sweet. If you are reading the reviews I just want to let you know to make the drive, give them a call, do whatever you need to do to get HERE! Wish google allowed you to give more than 5 stars. I went to the bridal suite today to find a mother of the bride dress. I called and made an appointment. They were very accommodating. I was very happy that we all were wearing masks. The owner and Hailey were very helpful in my search for the perfect dress. She had a huge selection for me to choose from. I had to buy a dress that day. I had a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.

A very special place! Basically came down here to shop with my mom because she lives here. I did a simply google search and said why not. Thinking I’m just gonna go to make sure I have this experience with my mom since I live on Long Island NY. So Rae helped me and was the sweetest!! She’s super down to earth and listened to what I wanted in my wedding dress. 6 dresses later, I found it. It was also my first shop!! I was not expecting this at all! My dress is everything I wanted and more. I can’t stop thinking about it. Even better (for me) they have a sister shop back on Long Island !!! Lastly, my mom found a dress super easy and so beautiful! I just love this place and so happy it came up from a simply google search. Please go here!!!
