This shop is an absolute treasure! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a beautifully curated selection of handmade, locally crafted gifts. It’s the perfect place to find unique and meaningful souvenirs, whether it’s stunning jewelry, coastal-inspired home décor, or one-of-a-kind art pieces.

The craftsmanship and love that go into each item are evident, and it’s wonderful to support local artisans while shopping here. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, always eager to share the stories behind the items and help you find the perfect gift (even if it’s just for yourself!).

This family owned store was built with a lot of love, dedication and hard work. The owner, Danielle, and family created a store that represents the community of Vero Beach. There’s nothing like it. The store and products are all about supporting small businesses and local artists. Danielle spent years growing VBN Inc. FB page to help new and old residents connect on so many levels. I am grateful for the opportunity to display my local children’s book and art pieces for the public to enjoy. I can’t help but leave with something new every time I walk in.

If you are from out of town, the VBN Beach Shop is the perfect place to go for souvenirs that truly supports local. If you live here, you must stop by and see all of the beautiful items to warm your home. The owner is so supportive of small businesses and our community. We went in maybe a week ago. Incredible place for Vero Beach. Tons of VB Swag. A lot of local makers art/food/clothing. The inside joke merch is absolutely outstanding 😂😂 We bought a couple stickers, a couple shirts, a crazy soda they carry, and some old school candy. An excellent addition to Vero Beach. The family that owns the store couldn’t be nicer folks. They themselves do a ton for the community and I wish them extreme success in this new venture 🙏

I was very disappointed to see them selling and doubling down on AI "illustrated" children's books. Hands have too many or too few fingers, dogs are sitting in mid-air, etc etc. Unfortunately this means this... "author"... if you call generating pictures and slapping the names of professions on top writing.. chose to use generative AI instead of commissioning an artist. This harms locals artists, the children reading it (they deserve quality books too, would you want to read an AI book?), and the reputation of the places selling it. On top of an artist not being paid, art is being stolen from artists for the generation of those pictures. It'd be a win-win to do the right thing and pay an artist to draw simple illistrations, or, considering the contents of the book, have someone at church donate some legimate art. I care too much about the arts to support AI, and you should too, both customers and businesses owners have to be aware and ethical in our purchases and the things we carry in stores.
This stuff is incredibly harmful to real authors, and VERY EASY to avoid. My original review was shorter and less harsh, with the hope that maybe the owners just didn't realize that its AI and the harm... instead they doubled down. There are many ethical simple ways to go about this that don't harm local artists and authors, but these people are more interested in weaponizing donation.

We visited the store in February and it is such a unique beach shop! The kids left with cotton candy and some really special souvenirs from their trip that you can’t find anywhere else. We will definitely visit again!

I visited the Vero Beach Neighborhood store the other day… What a wonderful experience! Danielle and her daughter were so helpful and friendly. They have amazing local gifts and items, with many options for whatever you’re looking for. We had great conversation, and I left with an amazing bag of candy to share with my family. I’ll be back soon!
