Broke the screen on my SamGal A25 and brought it here to repair. New screen would not light up, indicating a deeper problem they couldn't fix. Got me a great deal on a SamGal A35 to replace it. Side note: I had more stuff backed up than I thought, so I didn't lose as much as I feared. Yay!

First off they fixed my laptop screen and it looks great. No problems there. The problem is there is no communication. After paying up front and a week gone by I had to go in and see what the status was of my screen coming in. I was then told it's there that day and to leave my laptop. Then over a week later I hear nothing so I go in and they are surprised I haven't been in. Huh? He says they called and left a voicemail over a week ago. We check my phone, no missed call and no voicemail. "But his computer says they called." After asking if they only call once do they ever call back if the customer doesn't come in? He said after a couple weeks they might try to contact again. Nothing but excuses and no accountability. Nice people, but failure to accept responsibility.

Awful experience, First off I went to the store and they had a note to call a number if they’re not in and I was sitting around waiting a good 30 minutes until he came in so late. But I came in this past Saturday and was getting my battery changed and the guy said it was a OEM battery from officially from apple but it says unverified battery but it’s not! And when I picked the phone up the guy showed me that he broke my screen after all I gave it to him without the broken cracked screen. And he told me he would fix it on Tuesday , I show up and he said I’ll call you when the part is here, then now it’s Wednesday and I haven’t heard anything at all today. This place is definitely a scam , I do not recommend this place at all

If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought my iPhone 14 Pro Max to this location because of a broken screen in the fall. He made me pay for the services ahead of time and then didn’t communicate well for days. It caused me a lot of stress and then when I finally picked it up at closing on a Friday, it kept glitching. I went on with life just trying to see if it would work out. It also said parts are not compatible with Apple in my settings. After three weeks I decided i would bring it back in and right before I did, it shattered after barely falling in its shock absorbing case. I brought it back and felt like going to him was my only option and thought he’d help me. He fixed it again and to me “I would sell this phone bc it’s in bad shape”. Within a week it dropped out of my pocket onto my floor and broke. I was so disheartened I put my phone away and figured that was it. Months later I found the ifix and repair on merritt island (in Walmart) and was just inquiring about getting a new phone and maybe see if I could trade in my broken iPhone 14. He asked me to bring it in to take a look at it and he was able to fix it back to almost perfect working order after the other shady guy in Viera told me my phone was too broken to repair properly. I know he took advantage of me and my situation twice. I gave him close to $800 for terrible parts and awful service. Do yourself a favor and learn from me. This guy is not to be trusted. Take your phone to MI. It’s 💯 worth the drive even if you live in the /Melbourne area.

I needed a screen replacement on my Samsung, which had cracked and had shards of glass that cut my fingers whenever I used it. I found IFIX at Viera , was greeted by the.most friendly, professional and knowledgeable man. I was given a thorough estimate and promised it would be done in under an hour. Not only was it done in time, it was perfect! I couldn't be happier and would highly recommend using this business for ANY AND ALL phone repair!

Best place ever to fix phones! We have come here twice due to broken screens and both times I was impressed with how quickly Orkan was able to resolve the issue. I thought my daughter’s was ruined since it was glitchy and wouldn’t turn on, but he fixed it within a matter of 5 minutes. Can’t thank him enough. He was highly professional, knowledgeable and very kind.

My iPhone 15 Pro screen got cracked, and I took it to iFixandRepair. The price was fair ($30 less than ubreakifix). I ordered and paid for the part over the phone, and the next day, after the part came in, they had the repair finished in 30 min. Plus a 3-month warranty. Definitely recommend.
