I called Boston Retail Solutions yesterday as my company has a new construction project in the Atlanta area.

Upon calling, I spoke to Julia, who had a very dismissive tone. She fumbled through much of the call, seemingly confused as to how to help me. I found this very off-putting and entirely unhelpful. She acted as though I was a nuisance ruining her entire day as she rudely engaged in the discussion. I kept it as brief as possible because it was THAT unpleasant. I highly suggest that she is removed as a representative of this company if they want to retain current clients or get new ones.

This woman single-handedly made me cease using this company for anything in the future.

I've called previously and spoken to a man (unfortunately, I forgot his name) who was pleasant, knowledgeable, and committed to getting my project completed. I wish I had spoken to that person.

Now, I am happy to have switched to Riot for my project, and they know how to get the job done. The staff is wonderful, and you can see what great reviews they have. I highly suggest others do the same and avoid the snarky attitude and incompetence.

I will be calling the corporate office about this.

I highly recommend Boston Retail Solutions. Their product is spectacular. Techs do a great job at installs and take downs. They are very accommodating to the customer when flexibility in scheduling is needed. They are a top notch, professional organization!
