The guy mixed the paint wrong, and we painted my garage but didn’t have enough I found a contractor to finish the job and he verified that it was a different color. I hate complaining but it’s frustrating.

Stone age sealer is badass. Easy mix, easy setup. Piece of cake when it comes to applying. Richards paint has it all. I'd recommend to pressure washers, paver guys, and painters alike. Keep it up guys!

I went here YEARS AGO, because it was some kind of event where they were giving out recycled paint. I’m thinking, “awesome free paint” so I went, got SO MUCH paint, but I fell in love, it was a gorgeous color (castle rock I think) and I used it to paint MY ENTIRE CONDO INTERIOR. I even have it when I bought a house and used it in 2 of my bedrooms, it’s such a GORGEOUS color! Wonderful coverage, didn’t realize how long it would last, it’s been up for years and still looks good and fantastic.
Anyway…. Now I’m out, and I went to Home Depot to buy more paint to use in my 2 bathrooms, BEHR, I think? After putting 3 coats of it on… HORRIBLE, OMG, chipped not even after 3 months of time, didn’t look completely painted (barely see old color underneath after it’s had multiple coats), DISGUSTING WILL NEVER USE ANOTHER PAINT TYPE AGAIN EXCEPT RICHARDS PAINT.

I mean, that’s a REAL good advertising tool, I’m just saying, cause now I have to paint the complete exterior of my home, and that’s why I am ONLY trusting Richards. I never realized, after using that free paint for years with absolutely 0 issues, how spoiled they made me, because the SECOND I tried another brand I instantly knew, NOPE, just use Richards paint, just go there, it’s the only quality paint you’ve ever had in your life. 😂😂😂😂😂

They have also always been extremely nice and so helpful every time I visit.

Had a special dark blue mixed to paint my townhome. Approx 6 months after application siding began to and is still buckling to the degree that it has actually blown off the house during in climate. Asked several times for help. No luck. Visited Office twice, my wife once still no help. Actually spoke to Owner who assured me He would come check it out. Never saw Him and will not return my calls. Been going on for three years!. Might be crazy but figured a Company as large and successful and Local at that would take a minute and provide some customer service. Much more but I caution that if you're looking for professional advice/help, i'd think twice. My entire house (siding) has to be replaced.
