Super cool shop, has tons of specialized parts for all of your RC needs. Staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Eric definitely goes above and beyond to make it a great customer experience! I would highly recommend stopping by.

Great place to purchase your RC but if something breaks you're not going to get much help. It'd be better if you ordered direct from Horizon Hobby so you could at least get an exchange or a return. I purchased in Arma vortec. After 3 days it broke. I brought it in for service the guy told me there is nothing he can do about it because I modified it by putting in a factory Spectrum Bluetooth module. Since I put that on my remote he considered it a modification and he can't do anything for me so now I have a $300 paper weight. If I ordered directly from the factory at least I could have got an exchange or got it fixed

Good inventory selection. Didn't appreciate my son being bird dogged while shopping. Associate was not friendly, didn't ask if he could assist us. We drove 40 minutes to get there, so to have service be sub-par was very disappointing.

This small shop is absolutely amazing. The owner went above and beyond with outstanding customer service. After we realized we had left our remote control for our sons Christmas present at his shop, he met us there at 10:00 pm on Christmas Eve so that we could get it. Christmas was saved! Thank you so much and we will definitely recommend your store to all of our friends.
