My wife and I purchased 3 Sterns and Foster mattresses along with adjustable bases. We stopped by a week ago to compare with other dealers. We went back yesterday to make the final purchase. Our salesman was George. I am a retired healthcare administrator so I always expect and teach customer service. George was perfect in every way. From the minute I walked in the door, Cedric was very professional, knowledgeable and honest about their mattresses, their policies and their products. I told him what I was looking for in being a large build person and he took it from there. After looking at about 15 different mattresses I purchased the one best fit for me. The entire process was very easy and the explanation of their purchase, delivery and return policies was explained in detail and also given to me in writing. Cedric's personality and no pressure sales approach should be emulated by other sales people in other stores. I am looking forward to sleeping on my new mattress and pillows.
