Neil and Celia made our buying experience one of the best I have ever had. They were very informative and professional. Neil was not the typical pushy salesperson, and we really appreciated his assistance in picking out my wife's new car. Celia got our financing done in record time with no back and forth. This is BY FAR the best dealership I have ever dealt with! They were informative, kind, not pushy at all, and worked with my needs to get me the exact truck I wanted within my budget. They were so great that I ended up buying from them and I live in a different state (Alabama)! Very good service with a sales tip from me at the end of this review: The oil & brake fluid change were done at a reasonable price considering very few people want to do [or can even attempt] these services themselves; and the old drained-out fluids are basically toxic. Their estimates for engine & cabin air filters were astronomically high but that's pretty typical of a dealership. Those 2 filters are easy for most folks to replace themselves if you want to do it for about 75% off. Now here's a suggestion: Their low-ball estimate of my car's value at a bit more than $9,000 was so ridiculously low [2018 Buick Encore in very good shape with 45,000 miles] it was actually disincentive for me to talk with them about a trade on a new Buick. I would have made a more generous valuation as an incentive for the customer to think about a new car. However, very good service done while I waited. I guess I'll keep the car a little longer.

Great experience purchasing my Yukon Denali here today! I live on the West coast of FL but this dealer had the truck I wanted. I connected with Walt in sales who handled everything seamlessly for me. I lined everything up ahead of time. We agreed on numbers. I came and picked the truck up today and was in and out easily. I would definitely consider buying from here again and wish they were closer so I could use them for service. Thanks Linus for making it easy!

Honestly I cannot be more thankful! I wish I had a better experience, but I didn't. I brought my (new to me) GMC Acadia in for some preventative maintenance. I showed up with the recommended service schedule from the manual and the CarFax service history report. The service advisor that was assigned to me was Kevin Brittle. Quickly into our conversation I could tell Kevin was just interested in being transactional and not interested in helping guide me as to what preventive service I should have done, which is the reason I chose to come to a dealership and pay more than an independent mechanic. I did do the transmission fluid flush and was quote $380, but I also wanted the mechanic to look at the vehicle and make some suggestions on what I should prioritize from the list. When I got the call letting me know the vehicle was ready for pickup 6 hours later, I asked if there was anything else that the mechanic said needed to be done, Kevin replied, “Did we talk about that. When I showed up to pick my vehicle up I then asked about the status of the outstanding recall which we also talked about, and he acted like we had never talked about it. For me, the experience we not a positive one at all and I got no support or advice on what repairs were necessary for maintenance and needed to plan for. Other than the recall I will not be returning, even though it is more convenient than the dealer in GMC Ft. Pierce
