On my first visit to Dyer we met Keith he was very personable and explained the different models of Subaru’s to me. I was interested in the Outback. I like the size and had the features I wanted.
As I was undecided about one that I saw. I came back again and found an Outback that had the perfect exterior and interior colors I wanted. Keith and Zach s sales manager were very professional and explained all the features of the vehicle. I traded in my old vehicle and was pleasantly surprised with the offer. They took care of all the details of my trade in, registration and title to my new Subaru. I highly recommend Dyer Subaru. They go out of their way to help you

A professional experience. Salesperson is very knowledgeable about Subaru line. Listened about what we wanted in car features, and showed us a car which met all of our needs. The entire staff was friendly and helpful as well. From making sure we were safely parked to understanding features of the car we decided to buy, everything worked well. Very friendly staff, and sales folks. All our questions were answered quickly, car facts were provided promptly (we were shopping for used). We worked with Danielle, she was super helpful and knowledge able. Over all great experience and service. Dyer Subaru is a great place to buy a new Subaru. I recently purchased a gently used Subaru Ascent and was very pleased with the entire experience. The staff is friendly and courteous, and they went out of their way to make sure I was happy with my purchase.
On November 1, 2024, I took my car in for proactive service I wanted prior to embarking on a long road trip. The service was prompt and efficient. I was in and out in no time, and my car was ready to go. I was also impressed with the video that the technician made of the overall inspection, tire pressures, and air filters. This was a great way to see what work was done on my car and to ensure that everything was done correctly.
The waiting room is comfortable and has a variety of seating options and snacks and beverages. They also love dogs. I brought my dog Abby with me. Available to her was a fresh water dish, a dog bed, dog treats, and a small dog park. I was even able to engrave a new dog tag for free!
I was very impressed with the overall service at Dyer Subaru. They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase and my service experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase or service a Subaru!
Here are some of the specific things that I was impressed with and made my experience with Dyer Subaru so different from any other dealership I've encountered:

Let me say. Everyone there is amazing. But I have to bring attention to one person. Danielle Jaggars is 10/10. Not only was she low pressure, but we left not only with a store contact but a friend. I could not say enough things about her and her level of commitment to her customers. Plus her sense of humor is second to none. She spent a lot of time with my wife and I since we were both buying cars. Her patience while we worked the deal made us feel right at home. If you go to Dyer Subaru or Mazda you need to see Danielle. You won’t be disappointed and you love the experience and your car!!
